5/20/11 Gambling Funds gone within 2 hours playing 45 cent, 60 cent and 75 cent max bet on slots.
No hits and no fun. Went to the Fire Pit Sports Bar and ordered a comped mushroom and swiss burger. AWFUL!!!
My partner kept telling me our food was sitting under the heat lamp. Don't know why, it wasn't too busy.
The meat had a chewy consistency, something like a mix of hamburger and moist paper towel shreds. It's hard to explain, but it wasn't enjoyable. Fries were sparse on my plate, they were OK, somthing like Orieda Fast Food Fries, so no big deal.
There was BLARING BASS Rap, Metal music from a "cheap looking tiny OPEN club" they put in right next to the restaurant. I couldn't hear my partner talk. I'm 50, that's not pleasant to me. Why wouldn't they have that club closed off ? They obviously want the young crowd, not my crowd.
At my age, I would NEVER gamble in that area.
There is a HUGE HUGE open parking lot that is ideal for those driving larger pickups and SUV's. It is permanently closed off (for 6 on 5/20/11 ) cars that belong to Potawatomi Supervisors who don't want customers parking their vehicles near them?????
I don't understand that. They want my money in their pockets, but they don't want me parking anywhere near them?
The parking structure and tiny outside lot for customers is tight parking. I don't want those "other people" parking near me either! Teasing LOL, I love my fellow gamblers.
Other than the employees, I HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT POTAWATOMI.

I used to enjoy coming to this place. Every year they seem to screw the slots tighter and now even the video poker has gone 8/5 on double double even at perfect play which I seem to be able to play (because the beer is now $4.50 a bottle) you can't come close to winning at. Last I checked if you drink more you gamble more I guess that is something at least pot-of-what has yet to become because they keep increasing the beer prices. I don't think they have a clue when it comes to a video poker bar of course that would make it too easy to drink and gamble at the same time. I do like the sports bar but I like alot of sports bar and there are ton's of good ones in Milwaukee that are cheaper with better food for the prices. One thing that hasn't changed over the years is the smell of the place, I wish everything else hadn't.

...Waste of time and money. Slots are so tight they should be screaming. Used to be a great place to spend money and have fun, with a decent chance of winning something worthwhile. Now you can play a machine until your money runs out with very few wins, and if you get one it's always a lower value payout.

It's quite possible to stand around and watch people playing and not winning anything at all for multiple spins. Sheer greed seems to be behind it, and it has grown obvious to many of its former patrons.

Recently, at a restaurant that I frequent, the subject matter at my table turned to Potawatomi casino. Suddenly the restaurant owner and people at the surrounding tables suddenly chipped in with their own personal stories.

The casino should be investigated, I think some law is being broken on a federal level, but so far for whatever reason, the city and state haven't done anything. Forget it, save your money.

almost NO penny slots, the lower denomonation slots are so crowded, that it's impossble to find one.

the entire place is so smokey that a non-smoker trulely can't enjoy themselves.

Customer service is almost non-existant. Since they are more or less a "monopoly" they have no reason to
improve.

one good point is the food in Dream Dance and the Sports Bar.........really excellent. But even the food isn't enough of a reason for me to return. These opinions are based on many, many visits to the casino...........but no more

I will never go back there. I will also do anything in my power to discourage people from going there.

A stinky place, smokers are blowing at your face, no smoking gambling areas practically do not exist.

Slots just dont pay. If you need any help from the stuff, get ready to wait. Then observe slowly mowing chatting and having fun people who "work" there. Jammed ticket will take at least 30 minutes to recover.

I did not see such a poor service anywhere else. A place where I never actually see slot players being paid. I saw though blackjack players asked to leave, because they won something...
