I knew this day was coming..My wife and I are once a month visitors to Potawatomi..We grab our free breakfast which we always enjoy and then plunk down a few hundred playing slots..Well, this past Saturday,1-30, we went, ate our food and headed off to play our favorite slots..Bad news,,In the last month, they REMOVED most of the 25 cent 3 reelers! There is probably about 20 left and I do not care for any of them They removed at least 40 machines and replaced them with penny machines..Not for me..Looks like we won't be going there as often anymore..Very disapointed.

I casino alot. This place is on the bottom of my list. Service sucks, slots are not only tight, but half of the buttons don't work. There are a TON of people sitting at slots not playing them. (I call them loungers) The casino promotions are a joke. I just waited in line for a hour to receive a gift card for Thanksgiving and when I went to use it the balance was ZERO!!! Ripped off again! My advise....STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible! The only consistency is people losing their money. The buffet is horrible and never eat at the food court. I have been to many casinos and do not recall any of them being as tight as this one.

Have stayed here several times and played in the casino, poker and slots. Hotel room is extremely nice. Large, clean, quiet, with a large bathroom. Poker room is very good, better then most rooms in las vegas. Quiet and far away from the slots and noise. Non smoking. I can not stand smoke but the regular casino in the smoking areas you have to walk through are not bad. Have eaten in just about all of the restaurants and will go back again. Really like Ruyi. Play in the poker room mostly, but do the poker slots as well. Sat down at once that had 4 of a kind as the last hand. I hit another and walked away $90 ahead, 5x 25 cents.
Have stayed and played about 5 times now when we are at or summer home in Lake Geneva. Looking forward to going back next spring.

I only go on my birthday when I get points in my birthday month or twice a year and spend no more then 50 bucks and after around 30 bucks on BINGO the rest is on food. For me I do not expect to win anything and if I do great. It's fun for me and I know my financial limits. I must say they have changed a great deal over the years but somebody has to pay for the upgrades.
