What a joke in terms of ROULETTE dealers. Most (not all) are rude as all heck. They act as if they are doing you some sort of a favor by letting you play there (lol). I dont mind the payout because I know about it ahead of time, so thats on me. However, the dealers are very rude, often swearing at the players and when I tell management about it...oh well is the answer.
Pit and floor/management is a joke. Dont even bother complaining, nothing will change. They know you cant go down the road to the other casino (there isn't one) so they have you by the balls. I'm sure the champagne bottles were poppin when the Kenosha casino plan was declined. They treat you like crap at Potowatomi because....they can.
The food is terrible, tight slots, too smokey, bad customer service etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.
Go to Elgin, Ill. instead, on the Fox River. A very nice casino boat experience, much better than Poto rat hole.

Been there too many times, and to win Nothing. Place stinks to high heaven. Bums all over asking for cigs or money. Wonder each time I go if I will get Shot or not.

The Place Is A Total Rip Off !, They Return Next To Nothing In Payouts For Slot Players !, Most Casino & States Have a % Of Return For Players But Not This Place !, If You Want To Go Home Broke Each & Every Visit Just Go Right Ahead & Come Here !?

The best thing here is the restaurant food it's 85% Gaming on slots can be okay, although a person should know how to gamble with rules like every good gambler does. There are ways to improve. A little lady luck too. They don't call it winning, they call it gambling. The average for this casino is about 80%

This place is unsafe. Multiple shootings over the past few years. Slots are the tightest around. Food is excellent. Hotel and casino has a history of bed bug issues.
