We live an hour from Potawatomi Bingo Casino and have been there 2-3 times since it opened. The low denomination slot machines are limited in quantity and we sure didn't win. We find the atmosphere dark, dirty, and congested...very difficult to get on a machine of your choosing. We ate at the buffet once; never again.

I've been to a lot of casinos, and this Buffet is the worst. I actually complained about it, and I never do that. I can't tell you how disappointing it was. The slot selection is huge, but I observed that no one anywhere was winning. I think the idea is that some people should get lucky here and there, but not this casino. The soda machine had no ice, the cashier line was long and slow, and service with a smile is not the normal for Potawatomi. Travel to Oneida or Rivers for a little more enjoyment....

I knew this day was coming..My wife and I are once a month visitors to Potawatomi..We grab our free breakfast which we always enjoy and then plunk down a few hundred playing slots..Well, this past Saturday,1-30, we went, ate our food and headed off to play our favorite slots..Bad news,,In the last month, they REMOVED most of the 25 cent 3 reelers! There is probably about 20 left and I do not care for any of them They removed at least 40 machines and replaced them with penny machines..Not for me..Looks like we won't be going there as often anymore..Very disapointed.

Potawatomi is the worst casino I have been to. Ironically when you go to cash out the machine is broken down. The slots are extremely tight. Instead of calling it gambling it should be called donating because they don't let you play. The place is extremely dirty. The reward's card is a joke after Scott walker declined the Kenosha casino they cut all the comps. If your interested in gambling I would advise going somewhere where they appreciate your business which is not Potawatomi.
