What a joke in terms of ROULETTE dealers. Most (not all) are rude as all heck. They act as if they are doing you some sort of a favor by letting you play there (lol). I dont mind the payout because I know about it ahead of time, so thats on me. However, the dealers are very rude, often swearing at the players and when I tell management about it...oh well is the answer.
Pit and floor/management is a joke. Dont even bother complaining, nothing will change. They know you cant go down the road to the other casino (there isn't one) so they have you by the balls. I'm sure the champagne bottles were poppin when the Kenosha casino plan was declined. They treat you like crap at Potowatomi because....they can.
The food is terrible, tight slots, too smokey, bad customer service etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.
Go to Elgin, Ill. instead, on the Fox River. A very nice casino boat experience, much better than Poto rat hole.

Oh, Kenneth, you are so right! Potawatomie is as crooked as a dog's hind leg, and I was sick when Walker vetoed the Kenosha casino. There is no way that I will not believe that the Pots paid him off, big time. Pretty convenient that he ran for President and then was one of the first to drop out. Could it be that he took the money the Pots gave him, and just kept it? Can't convince me otherwise.
TWICE the people voted FOR the Kenosha casino. Then Walker delayed his "decision" until the last possible moment. Waited 6 months beyond the supposedly alloted time he had to make a decision. Sickening.

Lets not forget the cattle slaughter house next to it (was next to it). Dont get me wrong, I hated the STENCH but what upset me more....it shut down one week before the hotel opened and Poto stated, the timing of it was a coincidence. What a load of crap. At least admit it Poto.
