This place is terrible. I can not compare it to much but if you walk into this casino with less than 250.00 be prepared to go home in 1 to 2 hours betting the minimum on a 60 cent machine. I can go to madison or Green Bay and walk out with what I walked in with, walk out with 100 dollars or more than what I walked in with, or on a rare occasion loose the 100 I walked in with after playing for 3 to 5 hours. A lot of casino players go for entertainment not to get rich, we know that will never happen, but Potawatomi takes all the fun out of going. Unless you are new or a top level player be prepared to loose to support the new players, top level players, their schools, hotel projects, and monthly payments they make to tribe members. Sorry but this place is terrible and the state really needs to look into this place. Nothing like sitting at a slot machine and bonus deactivated showing up on a machine. On several occasions I’ve had the pleasure of sitting at a machine only to have codes come up. Then you get the famous answer it’s just rebooting.

We are not happy about taking the burgers off your menu. You put this so called good food on there and we don't like it. A lot of it is way to salty, very spicy. Something older people do not like. Yes maybe you felt like you had to change it because you haven't raised your prices, well we did notice long time ago the hamburger patties had gotten smaller. We just figured we just don't have anything to take home, but that was ok. I've talked to others and they agreed with us. We just won't eat there. Do remember we are not alone and it just gives people another reason not to want to go to your casino. I'm sure you know what we spent and we haven't been going to your casino that much. We do bring one to two other people with us when we go and they spend money. I hope this isn't your way of saying we don't want your business. I can go to other casinos. I'll see if you respond.

The slots are tight and the perk they give you for a night stay make sure you get a slip from the guest service desk before it close because other wise you cannot use your coupon for free stay. The person that was at the desk when I was trying to get my free stay. Said this is my last night here. Told me if I wanted to stay I would have to pay.They should have that on the coupon. I WILL NOT BE BACK

The casino is the only one in Milwaukee. There isn't another one around for a 90 min. or more drive. It is crowded,the staff is not the friendliest and the machines are very tight.The machines are a good assortment,but again very tight.The food is good,they do comp your food either a coupon in mail or go to desk and ask to be comped. The freeplay coupons are a joke, 2 freeplays a month. Then they mail a coupon that is good for 2 days in between the other 2 freeplay, it's a joke. It's the only one we got so if we want to gamble and not drive hours, we do go there to watch the machines spin.

This casino is great. We had a lot of fun here. The restaurant has excellent food and a great wait staff. The machines pay out good and the customer service is outstanding. We would highly recommend this casino to anyone who likes gaming. Great job keep it up. Thanks.

This is the tightest casino I have ever seen. Video poker really sucks, especially at the bar. They have the dumbest promotions I have ever seen. They had 1 winner of a car--and nobody else won anything--made 1 person happy and teed off everyone else. Now they are giving away stupid furniture and household appliances instead of what gamblers really want...CASH. Their point system and match plays not nearly as good as in the old casino. Now you only get free play--NO CASH BACK! They don't have many buses anymore....don't know how to treat them--they keep changing the perks from bad to worse. Good pizza at the bar...but that's about it.

I've been going to casinos for a lot of years and i like going to this one. they could have more machines for the space they have.

i like going on sat. when they have bingo because they have a little snack bar.I would like to play more on the table games, but their rate during the day is high.

They have one BJ for $3 and the rest for $5. They should have a $3 table for
craps and 3-card-poker as well so us older people can sit down. But i go somewhere else for that.

They have a new point system for your card and you can use your points for promos, food, rooms. etc. That will be nice.

I was up north visiting my in-laws and we made a day trip to this place and I had a blast. They gave me 10 bucks in free slot play and additional 5 because I signed up the month of my birthday.

The table games were nice, very low limits with good rules on BJ and slots were loose as a goose. Several 1000 dollar jackpots were hit during my visit. I look forward to my return visit this Summer.
