Too many awful experiences at this place to mention and today was the last straw. Used to win when playing for a while, but now the money is gone in mere minutes due to the rigged nature of certain machines. Don't be fooled by the jackpot screamers: most of them are regulars who have already poured thousands into the slots and finally got 'lucky' and thus make the casino appear loose to others. Did I mention the verbal harassment I received from a fellow patron at at the ATM because she claimed I stepped in front of her? Security was nowhere to be seen. Ho-chunk Madison has lost my business forever.
I walked in with $40, only played about an hour and a half and walked out with $140. If I would’ve played longer I probably wouldn’t have left with it, I only played minimum bets. The smell shocked me when I got in there because I’m used to the nasty Potawatomi smell of smoke so it was nice to not have that. Very clean machines also!! I will visit again just to not smell the smoke while I gamble.
Very disappointed that there are NO KENO machines at all I will probably not go back. Ask about it they took all keno Machines out except for one or two penny machines not good keno machines.
For those who complain about this facility, I recommend staying on the interstate north for another 30-40 minutes and check out HGWD. They will probably that facility a little more favorable... But, if you're looking for Smoke Free Slots and friendly staff, then this is the place you'll want go. Yes, parking can be a premium, but they do have Valet parking during the busier times. For those that still need to smoke, they have a climate controlled smoking enclosure. They have a pretty decent Rewards program that allows you to take your Player card to the other HoChunk Casinos around Wisconsin and points earned can be converted to Rewards Play at any of them. If you're looking for Table Games, this place is not for you!
