I read through all of the reviews and agreed with some of the comments. Since I live about a 10 minute drive away, I go pretty much every week to use my play money. I don't always win and haven't won anything big for years. Still enjoyed the weekly outing--up until yesterday. I played til 1:30--had a hair appt. At 2:00. Took a hundred dollar ticket to cash redemption machine. The machine kicked it out. Then I remembered I had tried to redeem the ticket earlier and it wasn't accepted by the machine then either. So I head to the cashier who says this happens all the time. She calls for assistance--then I stand around and wait. After being told I will have my money in a few minutes, I wait for at least 20 minutes before the head honcho is called in and I am told my ticket has already been redeemed and there is nothing he can do about it. I eventually leave without my hundred and late for my appt. They won't be seeing me again. I'm done.
