The breakfast buffet was the worst food that I have seen presented on a buffet. The bacon was black, burnt to a crisp and in about one inch pieces. When we asked the wait staff she said she had told the cook about the complaints an hour ago but it was left out. We filled out complaints but never heard back from anyone. That was 3 weeks ago. Hotel was very nice. Go to Re-Pete's in town for food. Very disappointing.
Horrible Buffet, old food I think was sitting since lunch. Needed to ask 2 and 3 times for items as they dont monitor the buffet. Do not waste your $ crab was extra $ above buffet price. Never again, slots are so tight. Didnt witness any one win a decent pot.
Fir the most part, the food is good, and reasonably priced, but omg they need a manager there that can show the staff how to run it and sooooo slow, would have fired half of them.
Stayed at Black River Falls casino on July 6th. New rooms were wonderful, beds were comfy. Bathroom was awesome. Casino buffet was terrible. Seafood night, crablegs were overcooked, service was very bad even though there were only 2 other tables with customers!!! They need to get their act together. No payoffs at casino machines at all. Wouldn't go back.
