First, it is not conducive for handicap people with walkers, canes or wheelchairs. The elevators are not easily accessible. I felled twice. They only called the next day when I came home to ask if I was okay. I guess they were concern about a law suit. Have never heard from them again about the other difficulties I had with my stay. The Forum is so dimly lit I couldn’t read the menu (I have 20/20 vision). For the price the food wasn't that good. The management offered no compensation for the dinner, I had to ask for deduction of the bill. The staff; other than the valets and the doormen where all under the age of 30 and didn’t have a clue as to how to handle quests. They are ill-trained to accommodate to the needs and expectations of the clientele. This was supposed to be a celebration for my 70th birthday. I ordered a cake, there was none, period. There again all I got was a sorry and we'll look into it, which I'm still waiting for an answer. I have spent time with many hotels of this caliber. Never had I experience such disinterest in helping the guests with their concerns. The same nonchalant attitude was in the casino and the Oak Leave Bar as well. They were too busy talking to each other to have time for the waiting guests. Needless to say, I will not be wasting any more money with staying here again.
