Returned to my room at 1 am....found roaches running around my bathroom. Lady at the desk said there was nothing she could do and would tell housekeeping in the am. In the am I showed housekeeping the video of the roaches and they said there would be an investigation done and it would take about a week to let me know if there would be a refund. I have called, emailed and posted the video of the roaches on their fb page......NOBODY from customer service has reached out..... They are ruining it, every chance they get. I don't think anybody here knows how to operate a casino, let alone a business. Everyone I talk to is upset with this place. Apparently if you're engaged to the bartender, you can't sit at the bar? Who knew?! Just know, I will be getting a lawyer involved. I could go on and on about every aspect of this place that's laughable but I'd be here for a while, I used to work here as well. I'm not happy here .. took away my ffree stays dropped my free play ttook my gold card now have silver jjust got my March flyer raised My rroom rate from 39 to 59 now plus wwhen I play slots never win at all iif any really discussed here as to many ppl I've talked to here u get no wifi now either !so done here

Husband & I have been coming here for 12 years. We could go to Cleve. Or Youngstown, closer, but we come here for free room and everything is at 1 place. Rooms, food, and especially the Spa!!! We don't win every time, but enough to keep comi g back.

Expensive drinks.  Totally bare and favorite slots gone! We didn't drop a cent, just checked it out and left. I doubt I'll be back, but may check it out in a month or so.  Maybe they are remodeling?!  I hope.

Stayed for free at the Tower Hotel inside the casino. Scanned my card at the kiosk and it told me I had no free-play. Only problem with this was, I had the hard copy of the free-play coupons and showed them to the cashier at the cashier's cage. He (Matt) told me that I have no free-play coming because of no play or low play. He said that it was the advertising department's fault. Additionally, he said that he could not over-ride the system. He went in a back office behind the cage and got the cashier manager who came out and got an attitude with me. I told him I was going to sue them and that my case is a slam dunk, why? because I had the hard copies of free-play in my hands. I am in the process of suing them for fraud, bait and switch and false advertising among other things. I just wonder how many thousands and thousands of people they have done this to. They baited me into thinking I had plenty of free-play and told me once I had driven about 2 hours that I didn't have free-play. I guess they thought I would gamble my own money. I did no such thing. We would frequently travel there and spend the night, which meant playing slots most of the night. The second floor was always entertaining with the variety of slots offered. The second floor was always packed with players. What a shame now, a bare area with very few slots. I enjoyed the hotel but the casino is not worth the ride. I live near the rivers or meadows casino I can frequent them. When I chose to do an overnight trip, I will drive to wheeling or Seneca Niagara or Seneca The smoking area is either very cold or extremely hot, with large fans blowing right on you. I'm not a smoker but hoped I could find a machine somewhere to play.
