Last week I got a room at the Mardi Gras casino in WV. Upon arriving around 6PM, I went upstairs to my room and discovered there was no water. When I called down to the desk, they informed me there was work being done on the building and we wouldn’t have water until at least 8 PM. I do not want to pay full rate for a room that does not have water for a few hours of my stay, and when I asked for a reduction or refund, they refused and told me there were other hotels close to the casino if I wished to check their availability. This lack of communication is rude and shows pure ignorance from management. I will not be back.
