My family stayed at the Tulalip Casino Resort for two wonderful night, the problem came when we left a few items and tried to get them back. My childrens stuffed animals were returned immediately but security kept me waiting for an hour and two phone calls while i waited for my medicine. This smartass security guar showed up and told me they decided to confiscate my VERY expensive medicine. I had a card showing I had legal authority to purchase the medication but he was not interested in seeing it, he smirked and challenged me, the female was looking at the security guard advised him to stop. When the punk smartass called the police I left. I would have risen to his challenge and wiped that smirk off his smart alek face but I had my family with me. Nice hotel but security steals your medicine!
This place is thievery. I would say that I maybe walkout ahead 1 out of 20 times going and I still don't learn cause it's right in my backyard. Years ago when they first opened it wAs somewhat fair but now they are just rip off machines and would challenge that they don't meet the law for recommended pay back of 70 percent. The last several times I went I put a hundred dollar bill in 3 different machines and never got into the bonus. Also there were hardly any payback what so ever with at least 10 spins with no pay back at all at least 3 times each hundred dollar bill played. Each hundred probably lasted maybe 10 min, 15 min at most and only betting low at no more than a dollar a spin. Do yourself a favor and don't even go unless you want to donate to the Indians. I really wish this place would close or at least get regulated better by the crapy recommended law.
Horrible payouts.very few bonus games...."money sucker".... $700...multiple machines...2 bonus games..seriously????? Listening to everyone complain is not fun!! I expect to lose but would like to have some fun doing so!!
Would you drive a couple hundred miles south for a much better casino. I would. At first when it opens anyway. Ilani may be the answer in the spring of 2017 A bigger/better casino than Tualip or a sign that they may have to clean up their act.
