Went to New Years Eve celebration. They had great prizes. Only drawback was if felt like all we did all night was stand in line. The casino was extremely busy. To get a players card the line was over an hour long with it you were given a 5 free play coupon which had to be redeemed at the cashiers cage as they only had two open. We only ever found one cashier cage, it was another half hour line up to turn slip into slot ticket.
If you needed to exchange your money or cash in a win slip you had to go to the cashier they had none of the automated bill or slot ticket machines so it was very time consuming and inconvenient.
The waitress coming around took my order and never returned. I found the coffee bar and it was very weak tasting. My eyes burned from all the smoke. We had printed off a new player promo coupon for a free burger basket and we redeemed it the next day and it was very good. They advertise as having the loosest slots I certainly did not find that but was pleased to find they let you redeem a special promo max twice a month based on how much you lose during your visit. If you lose over 100 dollars you present 20 to cashier and get 45 for your next visit which must be used between one day to 14 days after. It cannot be used on the day you lose your money. My husband says he never will go back I will give it a second chance as it was new years eve.
