This casino is located right next to Bainbridge Island which also happens to be where I live. On the other hand, the percentage of slot payoffs are fickle. Every Indian reservation here in the state of Washington, has complete control on the percentage of payouts per their Class 2 machines(Bingo Cards, Scratch Offs and Pull Tabs, all connected to high tech computer servers). I have found it impossible to win at this casino on consecutive visits. As a Clearwater club member I do receive both food comp and cash back according to my play, and I play a lot. Unfortunately, you can go through 800 bucks and only acquire enough points for Eight Dollars. As for free slot play... The farther away you live, the more free slot play you will receive. The Hosts and Executive Hosts in both the Players Club and VIP, are both kind and understanding. Yet, they are limited by the higher ups, regarding; promotions, trips, and especially free slot play for clients like myself.
As for Food and Drink. All I can say on this issue, is that the Chiefs would be wise to talk with McDonald's,Pizza Hut or any other national brand.
I have heard that in years past the slot payout percentages where even tighter than today. What the payouts will be tomorrow...only the Chiefs know.
We used to stay at the hotel and it has great rooms and view... too bad they took away the free breakfast buffet because the continental breakfast sucks! The point system is terrible!!! It takes hundreds of dollars to get a few points. At other casinos you rack up points and never have to pay for food but at Clearwater it takes months to get one free meal!! I couldn't believe all the bad reviews listed and they haven't done anything to change. The slots are sooo tight it is unreal - my friend and I lose 9 out of 10 times!!! I'm getting sick of losing every time. I think it's time we go elsewhere or quit...
It used to be the best, Now it's worse than the re

The Clearwater used to be a great place to go and I have been going there since it opened. Their overall operations have consistently degraded since they have grown. The slots have become tighter and the accruing of points for comps is really bad. They keep raising the point levels almost making it impossible for the higher limit table games players to keep their "Diamond" level. They went from 80,000 points last year to 120,000 points this year and made it harder for table games players to accrue points. By this time last year I had already maintained the level for 2012. As of today I am still about 20,000 points from keeping it even though I have spent several thousand more this year than I did last year.
The quality of their food has dramatically decreased. Also, while eating in their buffet my family and I were told we had to move to another table by the wait staff because a native had come in and the table we were at was her favorite table. We had to pick up our plates, drinks and silverware and moved to a less desirable table.
You can bet (pun intended) I will be spending more time at the Point-No-Point casino in the future.
Of all the casinos I've gone to, Clearwater is the best all around. Every time I've gone to any other I find myself wishing I had just gone to "mine" (Clearwater). I love the people there, all so friendly and helpful. I am treated in a way that makes me feel very special both at the casino and at the resort. They are AWESOME!!! And it is always sooo clean and comfortable both casino and resort. It is my home away from home. A special thanks to Laurie Perkins for making me feel especially special over the last several years. She's the bestest hostess ever. I love the food, my family loves it there, and all that I have "corrupted" into going love it too. Many eat there regularly now after I took them and treated them to the wonderful buffet. I don't go 'expecting to win" I go to relax, have fun, be around good people, spend time with friends. Winning just comes as a bonus and nice surprise when it happens. And I have won A LOT there so, BONUS!!!. Those of you that complain, well it's called "gambling" for a reason. Not everyone can win ALL the time and if you are a poor loser you really shouldn't "gamble", or participate in any sporting events either for that matter. GO TO HAVE A NICE TIME AND GET OUT OF THE HOUSE, AWAY FROM WORK. If you think the employees are rude, you must be being rude, because I have never experienced rudeness from the employees in all the years they have been open. I have witnessed MANY extremely rude players there though. But, there are many more real nice people there thank god to overcome those.
Suquamish has the tightest slots in Western Washington! I was a regular, but I no longer patronize this casino. The food quality has degraded to the point that calling it mediocre would be a compliment. A pack of rabid dogs are more personable than the casino employees. The Suquamish Clearwater Casino is no longer a pleasant experience. If you want any chance of a pleasant gaming and dining experience, find another casino!
