This is part of the article that was posted in the Seattle Times back in February of 2011, "The tribe now needs a CEO who can manage the casino as tribal members contemplate expanding the business with a hotel and refinancing its debt after the 2013 and 2014 maturity of the bonds. The entire $330 million debt comes due at that time".

This is why their machines do not pay period. They are in heavy debt and until people stop feeding this place their hard earned money, they will never loosen the machines to even a fair payback.

I have been going here since they opened. You used to be able to win once in a while on their slots but that is a thing of the past. You can go through several hundred quickly. The other night I put in two hundred in about 45 minutes before I even got a bonus, and then I got a measly $65 bucks on a $1.25 bet which it proceded to take back. Bonus triggers are not often enough and if you're lucky to get one, you're not getting paid enough to make it worth your while. If you are hoping to get your money back or stay even good luck. The people are nice enough and there is good values for food and merchandise with your players card points. The last few times I have gone there I have really felt ripped off, I went through about $2000 last month. I am not a max better either I am usually at .50 to 1.25 but when you don't get a payback it goes quickly. You would be better off playing blackjack or craps where you at least stand a chance. Save your money and go somewhere else to play slots, until they loosen up those slots I would say stay away. You have been warned.

About 3 hours after I posted this review on their Facebook;

"I went to so called "Black Card Member Reception" last night. Some 50+/- of ppl who spent somewhere between $250k - $1M in the casino annually.

Whole event was demonstration of how small town minded and greedy and low class these management was.

Out of whole 365 days of year, this most important event for the casino, supposedly thanking their bread and butter feeders, they put out cheap napkins, cheap paper towls that they usually DO NOT use in the restaurant.

Tribe members presented everyone with a special gift....what looks and feels like 4th World country trying to make knock off of Cheap Chinese Knock off. Wood woven basket that looks alike my 4 years old daughter's project.

They really don't appreciate nobody....not you, not me.just money. I feel cheated playing there and last night was freakin insulting."

I got a personal call from Jon Jenkins (the CEO) letting me know that my business is no longer welcome in Snoqualmie Casino.

Now, I know only way to not to lose money to you guys are not playing there so you might have done me a favor, but something bothered me in the back of my head.

I've dealt with a lot of Indian Casinos as Banker and Developer from WA to CA. Head of EQC, Frank have demonstrated how their operation handles issues like this. Their GM or marketing manager usually response to comments like this with a promise that they will improve the guest experience in the future.

Jon Jenkins accused me of insulting the tribe. If pointing out how bad their craftsmanship was and that they miscalculated people's reactions to their present was insulting then so be it. The management team might have to brown nose to the tribe since they are the leasee of the operation but as guest I don't have to like them.

Their IT response team said I wasn't even on the invitation list. So my opinion does not count even though I witnessed these whole thing? What I said was pretty much general opinion of people who was attending that event, but not just mine.

You held an event at 6:30 and most people presumed that it was diner event. You served h'orderves or pieces meals that could have been chopped up "dishes for 5" and some deserts from buffet restaurant. I end up ordering a hot dog from the deli afterword with my own money.

Jon promises that they will "loosen up" the machine, another word admitting to speculation that they have programed the machine to the lowest paybacks (75% in State of WA but it seems even lower than that)

Their Black Card members almost pinpointed who was going to win the Cadillac Giveaway winner couple months back. If you study State of Washington Sweepstake's Law I am pretty sure there would be half dozen violations in your so called Cadillac Giveaway Sweepstake's and upcoming Lexus Giveaway as well.

Principal matter is this Jon, and Mrs. Tribe head.

You are operating a public and gaming facilities where everyone should be treated equally and well for the money they are spending. Your return of the money to the guest, the Odds are way too low in any standards. Lowest odd in the Vegas is 88.36% on strip casinos and most of them operates well above 90%, some as high as 97%. What you are doing is bringing A bad name to the Snoqualmie Tribes and its Casino. It is after all Tribe owned casino and with the direction you guys are going you will drive this operation to the pitfall where every bankrupted Indian casino was heading.

Considering the fact that you are operating right next to 2 of most affluent cities in the State tells me that you are not doing your marketing or paying attention to it.

Tribe members,

You are part of greater Seattle/Bellevue/Issaquah community but what you are letting this management team doi on their greed to take more money home is practically robbing the community you are included in.

Instead of handling it like a pro, banning me from the Casino just open up whole lots of discussions on the internet and new hobby for me. I will broadcast my opinion on and in every gaming and traveling websites I can find in my spare times to tell my experience with your greedy casino and its management team. I might even start a "EX employees of Snoqualmie Forum" to inform people how you operate.

Those ppl attended that Black Card reception represented about good $20-30 million dollars income for the Casino. What tribe counsel presented with them was a insult. I am not even Gold Card member but I was insulted. If that was how Tribe think of their Casino Guests than maybe problem isn't just the management team but also Tribe counsel as well.

The thick paper bag that contained the present of tribe looked more valuable than the Wood Veneer woven pencil case tribe gave to these Black Card members. Tribe's marketing manager or Casino's marketing manager should have stopped them from making mistakes like this.

Or Could this be a racial thing like you accuse City of Snaqualmie is doing to th

I love casinos, but this one is too corporate. I lost several thousand of my OWN money in one week while on Vacation out in Washington. My best friend witnessed the whole thing. When they had their multiplying point hours the machines would tighten up even more. As soon as the hour was up, they became tight again, as appose to super tight. Redeeming machines are always out of order. Forget about getting drinks while playing. Food in Buffet is equivalent to chum and may be priced too high for lower quality meats and sea food. Also, I noticed the prices of Buffet where different, however it was the same food lunch and dinner M-S. They just raised the prices knowing more victims would show up those days (horrible). You need to buy your soft drinks. This place needs alot of work as speaking to alot of the locals they are fed up with feeling "conned". I not once saw a hand pay the whole week I was there. I LOST everything as we went every single day back there in hopes of some salvaging/ redemption payout. Although that money was allocated for my trip, I didn't want to give it away quite like that. Not one patron won big (or anything more then what they put in, as we spoke and witnessed the same thing happening all around us everyday and night we were there). It was an expensive lesson. I have played @ several casinos across the country, this one was the worst. It has potential to be fair with its honesty and really build relationships on trust and fun, but it seems like it has a long way to go

I frequent snoqualmie casino at least three, sometimes four times weekly. For almost two months I have noticed the payouts getting lesser and lesser every time I go. I usually go with around 200.00 - 350.00 each visit. Let me just say "IVE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF IN MY LIFE". Makes no difference if your betting high or low, THE MACHINES DO NOT PAY.
