Most everything about this casino is average at best. Rooms, food and drinks, table games and poker room are all ok. The slot machines, while they do have a lot of them are so tight after a few trips there you won't want to return. You go to a casino to have fun, if you win something that is great, but know you will not win anything on the slots there. Out of all the casinos I have visited, Northern Quest ranks near the bottom for fun. I would recommend driving to Coeur d'Alene casino where you will also be able to buy gas, liquor and tobacco products for almost half the price in Washington state.

Casinos are suppose to be a fun atmosphere. Quest is the exact opposite. Nobody should expect to win millions at any Casino, however, one should be able to receive a couple bonus rounds after spending $500. These are the tightest machines in any Casino I've ever been to. On a few visits I've had a proposition from a prostitute and some druggie tried to sell me a stolen phone. Also while relieving myself in the bathroom a guy tried to sell me pills!!! This place has gone way downhill. In addition they rarely have more than 3 cashiers open and try getting a beverage server! You'd die of thirst before one appears. Finally their "reward" program is a joke especially when compared to CDA Casino. I miss the old Quest when it was clean, fun and rewarding.

I read a lot of comments on here an there seems to be a lot of complaining about losing money. Come on people it's a casino it's for entertainment. That's what it's for, to have fun relax an take ur worries away. Relax. If u go into a casino to win odds are u won't. If u go in to have fun odds are u will. Its a casino like I said.... Whatever u take through those doors expect to walk out without it. If u take more home awesome now have a story to tell. An if u go in with ur life savings an come out whining it's your own fault an u have no reason to b.... Cuz u new the consequences before u went in. Every place has pros an cons but the loss of money is on u not them. Have fun next time. And good luck....

NQ was fun when it first opened up. Each year it has put in more expensive machines to play, and taken away many of the fun machines. It seems to cater to the rich folks and less and less for the retired folks and fixed income people who want good food and a good time without going bankrupt. The assorted keno machines and poker machines have been removed. The keno machines put in by the keno lounge were always busy, so they were removed. There are no keno or poker machines in the Non Smoking area either. At least the seasick barriers didn't stay long. Not only the customers had to keep taking the long way around them, so did the employees. The food choices seem to be shrinking, especially the salad bar. The carpets can't possibly be wearing out as fast as they are being changed. We too, are going to Coeur d'Alene or Cheweleh or Two Rivers. Definitely more friendly. All are too smokey.

Slots are the worst i have played. I have been to alot of casinos and this place is the worst for payout. Plus the smoking is terrible. You should give your money to the cashier cause you will lose it anyway.
