Fancy casino and machines, horrible pay outs. Don't waste your time and money here. The worst casino payout I have experienced.

Quest has lowered it's standards and will pay for it dearly when the new Casino opens. Payouts are terrible on the slots. People are always angry and complaining while playing. Quest knows they have a monopoly for now so they have tightened severely. Bonuses avarage around $5 no matter if you are betting minimum or maximum bet. Lately the gaming floor is filthy. There are filled ashtrays and empty glassware everywhere. I had to go to four different atms before I found one in working condition. The players club has gone from average to appalling. There used to be gas vouchers and an alright amount of play cash. Now it's one $5 play cash a month. It costs more money in gas to drive there than the $5 "reward" we're given. Lines are long and employees are few and far between. I feel the community deserves far better than this for their money.

My wife and a couple from out town had Valentines Day dinner at the Rivers Edge Buffet for $29.95 over price for a Lobster and Prime Rib, Lobster was terrible, if I want a Lobster I want the whole Lobster and not cut it in quarters and not even in half, this will be the last time I will go to Rivers Edge Buffet for any meal. Coeur d Alene for me.

When the casion first opened up there seem to be OK payout percentages. Now that Northern Quest has the whole Spokane and surrounding cities market alone they have adjusted the payout percentages because there is no competition. The drink service on the gaming floor is poor along with no smile from the server when being waited on. The sadest thing is the restaurant is suppose to be 4 stars but when I dined there the meal looked like a microwavable 10/10 TV dinner slapped onto a plate.

Great if you dont want a good meal or a chance at winning slots. Cutting amenities constantly and quality and payoffs are very obviously going down and down. Very smokey. Have fun giving your cash away.
