THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND TIGHTEST CASINO IN THE NORTHWEST!!! I was a faithful patron for years and the last couple of years they have gone to hell!!! Slots are so tight they squeak, no matter how high or low bets are. Promotions are joke, and that's if you even qualify. You used to be able to hear "woo hoo's" and "I won's" through out the casino at any given time, now you may hear one maybe two the entire time you are there. GREED PURE GREED is how they roll, don't waste your time here.

Muckleshoot is the best

I've come here many times the last 2 years and i was able to win some money on slots which used to pay okay, but now tge slots dont pay and you will mostly lose your money.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE THE SLOTS DONT PAY WELL ANYMORE BECCAUSE THEY MADE IT TO NOT PAY WELL WHEN THEY SEE THE SLOT IS PAYING SO THEY RIG IT! 

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years & had complained about their waitress 3 times prior to New Year's Eve for rude service & racist attitudes. She then retaliates with the help of their customers to harass me & gets me in trouble for doing nothing to them. I complained to their general manager & there was no investigation & he did not even protect me from harassment but instead they banned me from the entire casino & bingo hall that I've never been in. I filed complaints & I was harassed for looking good & dancing good. I was then banned from the casino that I have been going to before these people even started working there. I was getting the cold shoulders from their security & followed around like I was under surveillance or something just because I filed a formal complaint against their employees for rude service & racist attitudes towards me. After 20 years of loyal patronage, I won't be going back there ever again. 

It is sheer insanity why I keep going to the Muckleshoot... I always get the same results very rarely win anything. The Muckleshoot has just become a joke the payouts are pathetic. I got stranded at Muckleshoot today. The last two buses of the evening just did not come. I couldn't get ahold of anybody. I thought I might ask for a courtesy voucher to take a cab home. After all I have been a good customer over the years. I was not treated with courtesy at all. I was insulted and basically called me a liar. The first thing one of the workers did was to check my players card. I explained to them I rarely use I am always afraid it could make me lose even more if that is possible. I told one of the men that over the course of about two and a half or three hours I withdrew 360 out on my credit card and paid 4 ATM fees and ask them to listen to the transaction from my cell phone. That's when the jerk sad that I could have just taken it out and put it in my purse implying I'm just trying to scam the casino for a cab ride... yes in intervals trying to pay as many ATM fees as I can. They were no help at all and downright insulting like I said earlier. I think that just sucks so if you would like to be treated like crap and lose all your money go to Muckleshoot. And last year I bought a purse at the Muckleshoot gift shop it was such a piece of crap that it was falling apart 3 days after I purchased it. I want to return it they put it back on my credit card... the purse was $45 I realized when I checked it the sales clerk had taken it upon herself to tip herself $35. She must have made a fortune doing that. I am disillusioned disappointed and I will no longer be a Muckleshoot customer.
