It is sheer insanity why I keep going to the Muckleshoot... I always get the same results very rarely win anything. The Muckleshoot has just become a joke the payouts are pathetic. I got stranded at Muckleshoot today. The last two buses of the evening just did not come. I couldn't get ahold of anybody. I thought I might ask for a courtesy voucher to take a cab home. After all I have been a good customer over the years. I was not treated with courtesy at all. I was insulted and basically called me a liar. The first thing one of the workers did was to check my players card. I explained to them I rarely use I am always afraid it could make me lose even more if that is possible. I told one of the men that over the course of about two and a half or three hours I withdrew 360 out on my credit card and paid 4 ATM fees and ask them to listen to the transaction from my cell phone. That's when the jerk sad that I could have just taken it out and put it in my purse implying I'm just trying to scam the casino for a cab ride... yes in intervals trying to pay as many ATM fees as I can. They were no help at all and downright insulting like I said earlier. I think that just sucks so if you would like to be treated like crap and lose all your money go to Muckleshoot. And last year I bought a purse at the Muckleshoot gift shop it was such a piece of crap that it was falling apart 3 days after I purchased it. I want to return it they put it back on my credit card... the purse was $45 I realized when I checked it the sales clerk had taken it upon herself to tip herself $35. She must have made a fortune doing that. I am disillusioned disappointed and I will no longer be a Muckleshoot customer.

Been coming here since it opened...the Buffet is good for Dungeness crab, but now because of the shortage, you can only get one half crab per trip to the seafood counter.  Pretty lame considering crab is $6 per pound and I'm paying 5 times that just to get inside. The servers are generally all top notch at the buffet and other restaurants.  I tip them well because it's a thankless job for the most part.  The slots here are a joke.  Very rarely do you ever see a jackpot payout, whereas at the Tulalip you see jackpot signs all over the place and multiple amounts on the same machines sometimes.  I won over $1300 on a machine betting $1 at Tulalip last month.  NEVER had a jackpot at Muckleshoot, but we like the seafood buffet and I don't mind taking my mother down there for a meal every so often.  I've probably lost thousands over the year until I got smart and said no more Mucks, but yes to Tulalip, Angels of the Wind and even the Canadian casinos across the border.

Had the chewiest, toughest rib eye steak at the Muckleshoot Casino once and got reimbursed after complaining by email which was nice...it was embarassing because I paid with points for 8 of us celebrating a birthday.  One of our party got sick after eating the king crab...other meals were okay...but two out of 8 isn't very good for their best offering.  I stick to the buffet from now on during seafood nights on the weekend.  The rest of the time, it's just not worth the cost for lackluster offerings and lukewarm bad Chinese food.

I come in with my wife every fri and play 140.00 in slots. 2 years ago i loved your slots. Yes i would lose but would have winning nights once every 5 or 6 visits now i havent made a penny in over a year. The people playing around me all say how tight the machines are now. When i come in with 140.00 you take it in first 20min. I dont mind losing the money i bring in for entertainment but i do mind when you dont anymore let me have fun losing it. You guys have very select random machines that pay great but the 60 around them are horrible. That means as a business ur making 60 customers unhappy and 1 happy instead of balancing it out between some of the other machines.i havent won a thing in over a year and everyone is complaining how tight triple fortune dragon has become.not how i run my business.

First things first, the facility is well played out, the have a nice sized non-smoking Casino that is by itself, larger than many other tribal casinos whole properties are. The staff is usually friendly, but as typical of many tribal casinos, there are a fair number of Natives that work here who really don't care about customer service because they know that their job is protected based on their Bloodlines, regardless of how well they do their job or not.

SLOTS: decent selection, pretty tight but not the worst I've seen.

PLAYERS CLUB: one word, horrible! I should be able to play in ANY Casino for a decent average bet for a couple of hours and, win or lose, earn enough points to buy a $10-15 meal. You used to be able to here, but not now. They have special "promotions" where on certain days or certain hours you earn "3x" or "5x" points. That all sounds great until you realize the shell game they are playing. What they do is lower the rate points accumulate to an absurdly low level and then promote "multiplayer" days as if its some big deal. Really, 6x crap points is still crap.

HOTEL: ha-ha. No Hotel. Not so cheap flea bag motel a few miles down the street, however!

FOOD: Pretty decent, for a Casino. I've eaten at all of the venues and while nothing here is outstanding, it's not bad either.

DRINKS: Ridiculously tiny complimentary soda/coffee self serve cups. These are so small, that I almost feel a need to rinse and spit because they aren't a whole lot larger than a Dixie cup ;) So, what happens here is that the line gets backed up because people either fill two cups up or fill one, down it and then fill it back up. Seriously, they look super cheap and unclassy by offering tiny cups. Not a big thing, but also not cool. I mean, you'd think they'd want people at their tables or machines playing and not making several trips to the refreshment counter. Just stupid business in my opinion.

TABLE GAMES: Lot's of variety. That sounds like it would be a good thing, but when all but a few choices have terrible house edges. The only truly playable table games offered here, that have fair odds of winning are Baccarat and Craps. That's it. So, you say wait, "They offer Blackjack. That is supposed to have decent odds if played correctly, right?" Well, if the playing rules and conditions are fair, yes. But they are NOT here. They do offer a $1/Blackjack game. BUT it pays even money on blackjacks! Horrible game, odds wise. They offer a single deck game that pays even money on blackjacks unless they are BJ's in the suit of diamonds. They offer another black jack variant where the dealer pushes on 22, EVEN IF you have 21. Spanish 21 is offered, but that's a foolish game to play because the 10's are all removed from the decks. Their 8 deck shoe games have all of those carnival games mentioned above beat in their unplayability, however. They are dealt from an automatic shuffler that has the most non-random and biased shufflers, consistently. Here is the SCAM with these (this isn't just a Muckleshoot thing, its many, if not most auto shufflers in use today) So, the cards are shuffled up in to biased shuffles. You will see ruthingd clumps of low cards and high cards over and over again, show after shoe, day after day. What happens is when high cards are running, the dealer will have a made hand and often push the players "20." Conversely, when a clump of low cards come out (often in almost ORDER) the dealer with show a "bust" card but will have plenty of low cards coming out to make their hand and the players stay on stiff hands of 12-16 thinking the dealer has a good chance to "bust" and they will win. This rarely happens and the dealer often looks very "lucky" when they turn their starting dealer up card of "6" in to 20 or 21 over and over. You'll hear people say, "wow! That's amazing!" Sorry, it's not "amazing", it's planned.

All of the other table games offered are your typical carnival fare, Four Card Poker, Pai How, etc... Stay away!

Craps does have decent betting odds here, so that's okay. The Baccarat pit is decent, too.

The table games are so awful here that I live two blocks away from Muckelshoot and I drive 30 to Red Wind where they have hand shuffled double deck black jack if I'm in the mood to play Blackjack. I only play Baccarat and Craps here. I'd suggest you do the same unless you wanna tempt fate, but don't say I didn't warn you!

ENTERTAINMENT: They often have some thing bands come through their club Galaxy and sometimes have comedians and other shows. It's usually free or very reasonable, so that's a good thing!

OVERALL: Ok food, tight slots, terrible table games (stay away if you like your money!) Nice facility, large non-smoking section, ok
