Eq is not only rude but truly racist and I can't believe they get away with there rude ass customer service .
A few years ago I was banned for 90 days for something I wasn't even a part of, after 90 days I went back and they told me , I was reinstated . Next visit I had four security , 3 fife cops telling me I am still banned but now it's for life.
I was told to write letter to that wizard of oz guy hiding out in Fife.
I wrote this dude five certified letter and not one response..
He didn't even have the decency to send a form letter basing the decision.
That is sure lazyiness and rudeness.
I told him that it really is no big deal I'm banned for life. But since I did nothing I have an issue with this ban.
I just want it corrected

Since the tribe remolded this location and re-built their other location, the slots have been really tight.

Their player program is WEAK.

I like many machines here and the employees are nice, restaurant is good. It's on the small side, which is fine with me.

I met a very uptight player last March at this casino. He was very not having much fun. He told me that he spent most of his time playing .60 to .30 slots here. In a three month period, he had lost about $63,000.00. That sounds like incredibly bad luck until you do the math--or the playing for yourself. I played only .50, .60, or .80 slots as well. My average expense for this "entertainment" worked out to approximately $80.00 per hour. It's just such a sad place. There's nothing like losing $300.00 in two hours at .60 a spin while listening to "Shattered Dreams" on the speakers.
I think there is only one way to enjoy this place. Make sure that you have 25 to 35 thousand bucks of entertainment money to give to this place. Then play only on Sundays or Mondays, especially towards the end of the month. You will still lose, but you might have some of your $35,000.00 "blow money" left at the end of the year.

I did not have a very long stay at this casino. We stopped in, played for about 1/2 an hour and got out. The smoke was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Both my wife and I would not come back ever for that reason alone.
