After reading reviews here I thought I'd put in my two cents. I play at the site on the south side of I-5. Their are two sites... one north of I-5 in Fife ( slots only) and one site south of I-5 ( slots and table games). This casino ( both sites) is in a lower income area. Most of the clientele is from the area. Enough said about that. I don't play slots so can't judge the games. I do know the system used for determining the outcome of the slot machines in WA state is different then most ( check it out)
I play craps almost exclusively. The dealers, stickman and boxman
are usually spot on and do a good job( compared to other craps games in the state.) I play between 11am and 8 pm so have only seen those who work that shift.. I haven't played other table games here often enough to be a fair judge. I have not had any trouble with the staff. As a player my aquaintances with the craps team and other staff is cordial and friendly. They all seem average or above. The players club comps seem weak. Basically for the craps table comp. It includes one free meal every 24 hrs. This is for you and your guest. Food is typical casino fare and I have no complaints. Haven't seen anything other then the free meal offered as a comp. Gaming atmosphere is going to improve when they open the new casino expected in February 2020. Right now the south building site is at the end of its usefull lifespan.( The building is actually a tent but you would never know it) not much other then a place to gamble. Nothing fancy at the old site south I-5. The hotel is on the north side of I-5. I have never stayed at the hotel so have no opinion. They do have entertainment venues but that's not my thing so I have no opinion on that either. This is for me ( at least until the new site opens) a no frills gamblers casino.

They think we come there for them trust me we don't they have the rudest of staff.them games are rigged. They are a bunch of racist Iwas put out permanently because i hit on a game.but the machine never paued out.when i asked about it I was told that they don't serve my kind what does that mean My fiance and I walked to the eqc one night and were told that we were banned for 24 hours because a friend stopped us to say hi they said it was because we were in a high drug area and we were hanging out really in an empty parking lot who does that.and when we asked questions we were told that they could make it permanent... Now they say you are out permanently but the law says it's from 60 to 90 days So what is it really me myself I thought we love racism back in the sixties because that's exactly what it is the way they worded it I could be a lawsuit. The most of us coming there to unwind and have a good time with the illusions of winning but how is thatnif the games are rigged To have security and cameras in the parking lot when they don't do any good your car can be broken into or even stolen and they know nothing everything seems to be inconclusive but yet you can be two blocks away and I can read your ID from the same cameras how is that.

I would love to continue to visit/frequent the I-5 casino as it is close to home and as I have to take a bus it is more convenient as it takes at least 3 buses to get there and as I am a Senior it takes longer to het around. I have been so frusturated at the establishment/owners/ slot machines as I have a limited budget as do most of the u.s., but I love to frequent the casino as my choice of entertainment but your machines just do not pay off even tho we play the min or max. Why is this, as the tribe makes so much off this and the Fife establishment? We as the community believe this is not fair for "us" to lose so much of our hard earned/ retirement cash to have a little fun and have to lose so much more than what is put in by your customers. Please loosen up your machines a little and allow a little more winnings and also suggest not only to have a "players card" for a meal but to consider having a players card/rewards card such as the Red Wind Casino has.

I thought I would drop in on Emerald Queen on a weekday afternoon. Couldn't hurt? Oh yes it can! These guys make over 300 MILLION a year AFTER prizes on these money pits! I was completely fleeced. Your odds of winning are very low, with the slots set at what I would guess to be 82% payback. If you have to feed an addiction (which, to me, is the only reason to justify extended playtime at a Washington casino--go to Lucky Eagle in the mornings, where the payback IS 96%.

I've been to EQC several times and have NEVER come out a winner. I play slots - don't even think they HAVE table games at this location.

There's a small non-smoking section but the majority is smoking. The machines are only OK. Many are showing signs of getting quite tired, and almost all are unbelievably tight.

Service is middling. The cocktail waitresses are mostly older, unattractive and many are surly.

Save yourself the money and the grief; STAY AWAY!
