After three visits with a few friends this has to reach one of the tightest casinos I’ve ever been in. Atmosphere and staff is nice. I’m a good sport and I do understand the casinos are not there to always give us money but there’s no chance I will go back to this one
First time there it was a lot of fun for a quick day trip. The restaurant wait staff needs work. My son ordered a hambuger and sat there for 30 minutes waiting. I showed up and took to long for wait staff to come to the table. We were fixing to walk out. She came I ordered a burger too 15 minutes later 2 burger baskets. My son sat there for 45 minutes on a burger! The order for him was wrong he wanted plain no veggies it was loaded. The food was good but needs work on staff. He was going to leave a $4 tip I said no it took to long for you to get your food. I will go again I enjoyed the place alot. But not the restaurant.
This will e the most honest review you will find. I have slot experience in many casinos including Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Laughlin, Wendover, Lake Tahoe, Louisiana and multiple Indian Casinos in Oklahoma, California, Florida, Nebraska, etc. The service at Naskila Gaming is great, the people working there have a good attitude and very attentive, the food is good at a very reasonable price. The slots themselves are very tight. I went through several hundred dollars without a win on a couple of machines. I know the bingo slot are a challenge but I never encountered such tight machines in any other bingo Indian style casino before. The atmosphere reminds me of a cattle feeding lot in west Texas. The slots are very tightly packed in narrow rows. People moving around would often run into your chair while gaming, which is detracting for any serious slot player. The casino is very brightly lit I don't like really dim casinos, but harsh lighting is another distraction. The reference to cattle feed lot is because It seemed like the "cattle" (i.e. players) put their feed bag on (sitting in front of the slot) in this very tight confines to get their food or their "fix" to gamble. It actually was depressing to be part of this gamble lot. It also remained me of a drug den where people would go get their "fix" to gamble satisfied. On the plus side, the spate rooms for smokers and none smokers was appreciated. However, they seriously need to improve the ventilation in the smoker room. I personally don't drink alcohol when I gamble but I must say it was unique experience being in a casino where alcohol is not served. My recommendations to Naskila Gaming is to use their profits o expand immediately and make more space to allow better/easier movement of players and servers, get rid of the feeding trough arrangement of the slots (slot islands or zones is more comfortable). Next, improve the ventilation in the smokers room. And finally, design some kind of "special" Naskila Gaming signature non alcoholic drink to help make the players feel special and have a found memory of something they cant get anywhere. To the slot players: if you haven't been there, you might want to check it out to experience it yourself. But, it really isn't worth the trip if you are a casual gambler. The experience just is not pleasing. On the other hand if you have a gambling problem and need to gamble fix, well you can get it at Naskila Gaming. But then, use your gambling dollars with the Texs Lottry, you will have better luck
