First time there it was a lot of fun for a quick day trip. The restaurant wait staff needs work. My son ordered a hambuger and sat there for 30 minutes waiting. I showed up and took to long for wait staff to come to the table. We were fixing to walk out. She came I ordered a burger too 15 minutes later 2 burger baskets. My son sat there for 45 minutes on a burger! The order for him was wrong he wanted plain no veggies it was loaded. The food was good but needs work on staff. He was going to leave a $4 tip I said no it took to long for you to get your food. I will go again I enjoyed the place alot. But not the restaurant.
I have been to this casino four or five times since they opened. I don't play slots very often, but that is the only option at this casino. I have done well on theses machines however, much better than Lauberge, Delta, The Nugget, or the Isle. It is very small but I am glad to see that they are adding a new addition onto the casino. I would like to see them put in a few poker machines. I've been to many casinos and have never encountered a staff as friendly as this one. They are great. I tried the restaurant when it first opened. It was ok. I hope the state leaves them alone and allows us to keep a little money in Texas instead of sending across the state line.
Love the place been there 3 times better than Louisiana. Friendly staff friendly people great atmosphere love it will be coming back keep up the great place
I visited this small casino a couple of months ago. It's a kool spot if you don't want to drive Louisiana. The customer service is great;the host/hostess greets you as you come in and out the door. I appreciate the smoking section, however it was too crowded. I was not at all familiar with any of the machines. There was no Drgons,Pompei,Miss kitty..etc. The food was not good, but I saw a couple of people tearing up a large piece of carrot cake. I did get a players card and a free Tshirt. I think I will wait until they expand, get more machines, at least another restaurant and possibly lodging before I go back again. I did not win any money because slots were very very tight. There was one lady who sat next to me betting the max and she won about 800.00. Good luck to Naskilla gaming and I hope they win their battle against the state and hopefully open up new avenues and revenue for that area
