I visited this Casino on the 30th of December. I'm not really sure how this place even qualifies as a Casino. When you visit a Casino it usually means you have a chance of winning, well not at this place. The games are absolutely horrible and the service, food, and employees are worse. I was there for a few hours and played some machines, poker and ate some food while also visiting the bar for a cocktail. the point I'm making is I was all around the Casino and felt like I was a burden to every employee I had contact with. The games are a joke and don't visit unless you are good with losing whatever you intend to gamble. The overall experience was not even 2nd rate compared to Vegas, it doesn't even rate on the scale!! Be prepared to pay 6 to 10 dollars for a drink while your losing your cash also..that was a nice kick in the nuts as I was putting another 20 in a machine.

I have to say I am only 23, having said this I have been gambling since I was a boy about 14. I am an experienced gambler and have been to multiple casinos around the world, even illegal joints in some cities. Kickapoo has a very very low pay back rate. You will loose money here. This casino actually came on the news about a year or two ago. Some of the employees were caught rigging the machines to not pay out and were keeping the money. I have been here about 6 times didn't loose much didn't win much. if you do go don't take more then 150 bucks. Im not complaining really not like I said I didn't loose money here I've actually won about 500 dollars here. Just look around the casino no one is winning no one. just save your money and go to Oklahoma or Louisianan yes its further but its worth it in terms of payback percentage. I just hate to see people I care about waste their time and hard earned money.

Overall it's ok the service is very good, just the payouts aren't, and as far as for the drinks half of the time they're out of ice,so you have to drink your soda hot. They should also give free alcohol, like Vegas. As long as you're playing you, should be treated like a great guest. As much as a person spends, you would think that they would realize that people go to enjoy themselves and you'd think that they would say what better way to make more money buy giving free alcohol. The more you drink they more you want to play because you're enjoying yourself.

My wife is from San Antonio, so we have visited this casino in Eagle Pass a couple times, since it's only about 2-3 hours away. Slot area is very depressing, don't see anybody winning. The poker room was nothing special, and "English only" doesn't seem to apply since the casino is right on the Mexican border. It's the only game in town....only casino in Texas, but we will never return when we visit the Lone Star State again

We have been now several times this year the Drive from San Antonio is just around 2.5 hrs. The Players club kinda sucks. Points don't add up to much unless you use them on food. The Club offers are weak considering I'm a slot player and get huge offers from Vegas by comparison. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly from the club desk personnel to the buffet and floor people everyone is always very nice. The place has grown and has many new machines. Payouts are tight, I bet better than average from 2 to max credits, depending on the machine, my first visit I did well but those machines are gone now....mmm. Three return visits my money didn't last the four hours we had setup as our return time. Yet they now have many TV commercials, have expanded the parking lot and are in the process of growing the casino. I guess we have to help them pay for it.
