On checking about a room I was treated rudely and informed of pricewise exorbitant with the lobby looking like the entire hotel complex was closed down

I did not choose to stay at this hotel because the staff treated me so rude, and I was just wanting to check in!!! Three men at the front desk totally ignored me for a good 10 minutes and they were quite aware of my presence. I have never in my life been made to feel so prejudiced against. They made it clear to me that they do not want non-natives at their hotel .
Valentine was worth the drive after this place.

Was made to feel prejudiced against by rude staff of three men at front desk who ignored me as best they could.
This gave me a negative view of Rosebud Reservation. Disappointed and glad I moved on to Valentine fro all the other reviews I have read about this place.

When my husband called the casino asking them what was given for birthdays, he was told a free buffet and $10.00 in playing cash. When we got there Friday night, April 7, 2017, the kiosk was down so we did not get the $10.00. We were given a voucher for $14.92 for the buffet, but when we got there we had to pay $8.62 more because the buffet was $21.99. So our meal was not free either. Beings we did not get the $10.00, they could have given us credit for the $10.00. I will not come back to this casino again and will not recommend it to any of the friends.
