This place is a total joke. You'll lose your ass and then some playing those tight ass slots. The drinks are crazy expensive, nothing is comped, no hotel, staff dont care if you need something or not, the place stinks like B.O. and stale cigs. The security guards didnt want to let me in as a 43 year old man because they said I didnt look like my photo. Pathetic! Spend your hard earned dollars at the Meadows.

This place is AWFUL. I have been keeping track..over last 2.5 months not a single winning session. Their machines are a joke..NO WAY at 85% minimum payback. I have played for 25 years and all over the country...this place is the absolute worst nightmare. Dont ever go here and expect to enjoy yourself. Tonight I did 500 pulls and only won my bet back 4 times. Broke in 4.5 minutes on a grand. I would love to know how they get away with this garbage. Best part is the bosses are arrogant individuals. Even the attendants have told me to play elsewhere and noted that they are starving due to lack of tips coming from ZERO handpays. I was also told that Friday night..7.5 hours..only 2 handpays in high limit and of those neither were over 2 grand...and they were both playing 50 bucks a pull. This place needs SHUT DOWN.

I've read some of these reviews and a few comments... bet with your head, go to the no smoking section if you don't like smoke.. played craps 2 nights. Very happy with the dealers. Very friendly and professional. There were several regulars there and it was a fun time. 

My husband and I used to play at the Rivers on a monthly basis a few years ago and usually did ok. Then we noticed that no one, including us, was hitting much at all. We have heard other people complaining about this when we were there. Used to receive free buffet and money to play. Stopped getting the meals and got less play money. We stopped going for over 5 months (went to the Meadows) and then got free buffet and 50.00 to play mailed to us. So, it seems the more you play the less you get. Thought it was supposed to be the other way around. The smoke is awful. I have gone home feeling sick a number of times. In Canada the casinos are smoke free and it is wonderful. You also win there. The free gifts are really nice. The last two times we went to get the free gift they were out. We were there early afternoon. So, this seems to be the new thing they are doing. Offer a nice free gift, but, only have a few to give out. We would stay and play after picking up the gift and with the money we spent we paid for the gift and much more. Very disappointed.

Can someone tell me why only white folks win @ slots in the Rivers casino. Seem to me they watch who sits there and then kicks it in to winning mode if Caucasians are there, oh yea this isn't a coincidence. Racist casino!!! Welcome to the American WAY..

Welcome to the bingo parlor on the mon. The only way to last here is to play a quarter a spin. Anything over a dollar will activate the money vacuum. If go there any time during the day half the games are roped off for drops or maintenance because they are too cheep to pay a night crew and the machine that are broken don't get fixed. This is by far the cheapest and worst run casino I have ever been in. The worst comps and giveaways. Happy meals have better prizes than this joke casino. Free play is a four letter word here don't bother asking you will get nothing and your supposed to be ok with that. It's the biggest bingo parlor in the world. They have every thing your nursing home field trip needs. Their are no VIP hosts on the premises ever. I met my host once in seven years and I had to find him. You have a better chance of meeting Bigfoot than host. My advice stay away from the Rivers Casino unless you like misery and frustration.
