Several visit findings:
Casino workers have terribles attitudes.
Management is supportive of employee terrible behavior.
Management doesn't want new customers by insulting them.
Employees and management treat new players as not worthy to play.
Zero motive for new players, not a fun group casino if new players are in the group.
Employees are miserable, passing it off to the customer or would be customer.
Too many parking lot fights, indicating no wins for a high rate of customers arriving together losing.
Anyone going loses, because the atmosphere is poor.
The food court is poorly kept.
The beverage bar was messy, unkept. Every visit ran out of beverages, sugar, creamers, cup lids, out of coffee cups.
Service desk bad attitudes, poor or short useless explanations of promotions. Calls to customer service yielded no return calls after many attempts.
Outcome: they don't care for anyone, new customers lost. Advice: they need to have a program for better service, polite and patient with new customers. The information given to customers must be accurate. A new customer program needs to be in place. A family program to encourage more players with more promotions could benefit the place, customers. The existing customers can be retained by showing them better treatment of any players they bring.
A existing customer referral reward might benefit everyone.
I just watched the news and saw where The Meadows Casino was down 35% in Febuary. I'm sure they are blaming it on the economy..But the truth is 'THEIR MACHINES NEVER HAVE ANY JACKPOTS"! This comment isn't coming from someone who spends a couple of hours and goes home. This comment is coming from someone who will play the slots for 18-20 hours at a time.I'm not just saying that I'm not 'hitting'. No one is hitting. I play $5.00 machines. I've put in $160 in a machine and NEVER GOT ONE HIT !I play $1.00 machines and never get enough to even play on..same goes for Penny slots. As you can see I'm all over the floor that's why I can truly say that the machines never hit Jackpots and they never even give a person enough to play on. Last year I had $9000 in Jackpots. A lot you might think but not for someone who goes 3 times a week and spends between 40-60 hours in that week. The place is sooo packed that there are no parking spaces but they are so tight that they can't pay out any money !The PLAYERS CLUB is a Joke ! It's a smoke filled room full of dirty ash trays and ashes and empty drinks everywhere. Once you go in there no one ones to sit by you because you smell so bad from the smoking. TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO ! YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NEXT TO ZERO! You might as well throw your money out your car window. PS I've been going there for 14 years and I'm not going back again. By the way..I spend at least $1000 every time I go. UNBELIEVABLE !
Absolutely the worst casino in pa oh and WV!!! You spend a hundred bucks in 10 mins and u hit nothing and I mean nothing!!!!! Free play is disgusting!!! Spend 5000 a month and they give you 35 in free play. Really wish PA gaming commission would audit this horrible place!!! I do not go there anymore because of this...i must say the rivers and wheeling let you have fun by allowing you to win some off what your spending!!!! Save your money for a real casino and skip the meadows maybe they'll become a better place to gamble!!! Doubt it!!!!

I gamble a lot and each and every time I go to the Meadows I have at least $1000 on me. From December 2014 to today's date I have lost 9k, playing wheel of fortune $5 wager in the high limit room. The machine use to payout well. In fact I won a lot of money in 2012 from the machines alone. It's sad because the same ones play these machines and the meadows shows their dedication by being ripoffs only paying out small jackpots such as 1250 and 2500. Good luck! Keep your money from a gambler who hits at all casinos such as Seneca, Wheeling, Mountaineer or the Rivers!
