This casino never pays. They just rip you off the money. never ever go to this casino. Go there only if you are ready to loose your hard earned money and return home empty pockets.

The machines and tables are tight and don't pay. The dealers at the tables have no personality and weren't friendly at all. The gamblers that they bus in from NYC are the worst, they are extremely rude and disrespectful I was placing a bet at a roulette table this woman walked behind me pushed her way right atop of me. If she wasn't a woman I swear I would've clocked In the face. This is the first & last time I'd ever go to this place. I'll take the risk & go to AC before ever returning to the sands.

Slots r fixed . U match need one more they speed it up or slow it down so u don't match to win. Had free play u should win u don't . Had 25 even 50 free play got nothing their watching u above in a room to control if u win or loss. FIXED FIXED sorry . Sands doesn't pay out.

Tried to get in touch with casino/hotel to book room, was cut off two times. Also tried to find out my account said no record. I joined when they opened now they don't know me??? I go at least six times a year or more. What is happening???
Looks like I will be going back to Atlantic City again.
