All of the bus patrons parked at the Keno Machines right in front of the cashier windows on a Saturday night. Regular players unable to get a seat with their guests. Unable to win at any of the slot machines, extremely tight! Been playing there since they opened. They are having a hard time controlling the traffic out of the parking garage.

Slots don't pay out. No matter what. You are lucky if you can get to the table witj all the Asians in the way. Parking sucks if you don't want valet you can no longer park on the main level. Smoke is always thick and heavy. Cocktail staff only come often if you tip well. Food court is staffed with a bunch of kids who play alot. Watch the cooking staff they hate using gloves well in Market Square. The other restaurants are great only downfall not enough food and over priced. Comps are a joke. Unlike other casinos they don't comp rooms. First week it opened it was fun now not at all. I literally watched this casino get built from my deck which illustrates how close my house is to it. 2 traffic lights and I go to A.C. or Mount Airy. I complete this casinos survey out each time and I be truly honest and still nothing changes. Run.

Trying to get onto the casino took us 15 minutes...we couldn't get on any elevators as they were packed full. We finally took the oudoor stairs. When we were able to get to the casino lobby, it was filled with smoke and smelled. It was so bad my eyes began to burn. We turned right around and went to the Pocono's casino.

Too bad to comment. only rewards elite group of people. Not for everyone.

I lost over 15k on theses tight slots they simply do not payout im not sure what there % rate is but I have watched these slots take 100 dollars without one single pay back its very disturbing and scary. they collect slot players money like nothing I have seen people waist there whole 1000 dollars in a matter if 45 min. my advice is to stay away sands is bad news there a rip off and there comps are lousy.
