Checking into the hotel and being disappointed was just a precursor to the insult and injury that would follow. I booked a KING SIZE SMOKING Permitted room in advance, upon arrival I was told that I could NOT have my room and instead was given a NON SMOKING ROOM!!!!! HUGE DISAPOINTMENT. Once I was inside of my room I noticed a shower cap was not supplied like other hotel rooms in other resorts would offer, there was a lack of a bathrobe or slippers, to top it off there was absolutely NO BLANKET WHATSOEVER on the bed. That night I was in pain with my arm and was too tired to deal with any of that, my fiancé and I were upset about the lack of a blanket on the bed and decided to never stay there again, we just set the thermostat on high and went to sleep.
The next day at the casino MY FIANCE GOT A TRAY OF DRINKS SPILLED ON him by a cocktail waitress, and afterward she SCREAMED at him and took it out on him! I was wondering if she was tripping on something or sick and confused, turns out she was just really rude and maybe on drugs or something!!!! We took it up with the manager of the cocktail waitresses and she was helpful at the time, but never called my fiancé back like she promised she would. To make matters EVEN WORSE as we were walking to a table to gamble a Female PIT BOSS came up TO MY FIANCE AND SAID " OH YOUR THE GUY WHO KNOCKED OVER THE COCKTAIL WAITRESS. The nerve of her, I told her "no actually the waitress tripped and spilled drinks on my fiancé as he was walking in front on her ." Her response was oh I thought he was getting up from the table and it happened. I told her " NO we were never at the table when it happened!!!!" I should not have been so nice to either of these women and should have embarrassed them for being so stupid!!!!!!!
The RUDE Harassment we faced was deplorable, we were telling my fiancé's friends the story and they were absolutely disgusted. This is not the way to treat guests of the HOTEL OR THE CASINO. We spent money there like everyone else and got treated like dirt. Perhaps it was the profiling of my fiancé who has tattoos or maybe because there is terrible treatment of many customers, but I have never come across such terrible treatment before by employees anywhere!!!!!! Don't go here if you want to be treated decently. I will stick to Atlantic City or any other Casino but here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNFORGIVABLE!!!!!
