Figured with new owners it would get better it didn’t! I play dollar machines quick hits they are soooo tight. For the money I pound into them no big credits hardly little credits it’s ridiculous. No you can’t always win but dang at least give you some credits to enjoy once in awhile. And it’s every time I go twice a month . Never a enjoyable fun night!! And it’s everybody talking the same when I’m there! How do your workers get any tips when you know what we’re spending and can’t give a little back. It’s going to be quite awhile before I go back til I hear they have changed!!
We were at Bourbon and Brews 2.16 upon arrival we were told our wait would be about 30 min so we sat at the bar for a beer. My husband ordered a second beer and the bartender began the pour , a Guinness, so I we know it takes a couple minutes he never finished the pour another bartender had to finish after a good 10 minutes. Finally got sat at a table waiter took our drink and appetizer orders than handed us off to another server. Took at least 20 minutes to get the drinks 30 for the food. The server came back after another 30 minutes to get the rest of our order, while waiting for food ordered another glass of wine and the server came back and asked me to finish what I had left in my glass or could she just top it off because they were out of glasses. When we got our food it was cold. Have been here before and we loved it this was a very disappointing evening
I was super excited to get away for the night. Booked hotel across from pid casino. Should have stayed in my room. Lost more money in one night than I have over a weekend stay in AC. Odds are against gamblers to begin with in this great ole commonwealth bc of greed however I have gambled all over the US and this casino will never see me again. Worst payout. I used to think the Rivers was tight tight tight but it is nothing like the casino in Erie. I should have kept on driving and went further north to salamanca. Next time I will. Btw you might want to change your name - PID - to payouts impossibe daily.
Always takes away free play money before it is suppose to end. Games are very hard to win anything. When you say you have free play money to a certain date. That is expected. Cheap asses. You make enough money to do something like that.
