The slot machines in this casino ,in my view are very tight .One can loose thousands of dollars in one visit.Besides this there is no excitement in gaming.The ripoff seems to have started since the new construction began. It is best to keep away from this casino for few years till the new construction gets done and they have recovered the cost. Have experienced 100$ dollar bills just disappear once put in the slot machine .Besides my own personal experience but have seen other players loose thousands of dollars . The payout on higher bet is a joke . However if you intend playing 0.30 cent bet and spend few hrs it is a good place .

This casino is disgusting and dirty. Very bad payouts if any. Greedy and not anything like Las Vegas. They cater to the wrong people. Long time players get no perks. Ghetto. 

This facility, unlike its corporate rival 'Sands Bethlehem' holds discriminatory policies against lawful immigrants to the United States. The Gaming Control Boards final regulations state that it is the responsibility of ths facility to ensure underage gamblers are not present through ID checks, but does not exclude US Permanent Resident ID Cards (which are the most secure and comprehensive Givt. Issued ID's in this country) from use as valid Government Issued ID. At Mt Airy however, these Identifications are not accepted. Unfortunately for such individuals they do not qualify for admission to this Casino. The response of the Casino? "It's not the law, it's just this own private establishments policy, you should have a stats ID". Well, for those of us in the Military who often find themselves stationed abroad or traveling frequently on temporary orders it is a little difficult to get such a document. If stationed with your wife in Japan for example, there is not exactly a DMV office you can go to for an ID now is there? So when you're visiting your family in the States and you want to take your spouse out for a dinner date you're in for a rude awakening! She's an immigrant, and despite having a form of ID that is acceptable to board an airplane, she's just a little to brown to enter this casino! Ultimately they do give you an escort, a wristband and a little yellow sign you have to display at the table that says your a minor! Just whatI had in mind for our romantic date! What made it even better was when the service staff forgot to give us drinks... At all. I don't mean refills, I mean drop the food and walk away status. We were also given just 1 set of utensils AND to top it off, the wrong food! Ready for the real mind blower?! I used to work here, at this very Casino; in the F&B department! I can assure you that this was NOT some sort of honest mistake, or some sort of situation where I am just being picky. The service staff was just grossly negligent! In the interests of protecting the staff of the restaurant from the hammer that tends to come down after these type of reviews, I will not share where we dined. It's a lack of leadership and competent management that leads to these types of mistakes! Lastly; I Do support the right of this establishment to deny service at their discretion! Absolutely! Make no mistake I am not tryna suggest we should have some sort of socialist dystopia that tells you how to do business. However in a capitalist society consumers have power too! As a consumer I thus exercise my own right to use technology to tell the community just how insulted me and my wife were at the treatment we received. After spending a good amount of time personally serving Mr. DeNaples, his family, father sica and so many of his friends, I'm pretty stunned this type of policy goes in place. I thought these were very reasonable and straightforward people. Yet none of the staff could give me a very reasonable or straightforward answer as to why this is. How such a mindless drone army of security has arisen from a family that knows the game like they know the game is beyond me. I even went so far as to download the gaming regulations and read them over; I just had to be sure my anger was directed at the right place. For petes sake I wasn't even there to drink or Gamble, however the feeling of marginalization I felt as you stamped my hand and had the audacity to thank me for my service after making my wife feel like she wasn't a human being is unforgivable.

As smokers my wife and I enjoy the old style of being able to smoke and gamble. This last fall my mom was visiting and we thought a night at Mount Airy would be fun. She paid for the buffet and then the next day received a call that her card was used in a casino in Missouri. Two weeks ago my wife's Mom and Dad were out and again we thought it would be fun to go to Mount Airy. They ate at the restaurant two spots down from the buffet and yes, the next day got a call that their card was used at a Pizza Hut in Stroudsburg. I have called and left msg at the casino with no response. They will not let me talk to any managers as they say that is not allowed. Beware, the cops are my next call.

We stayed for 2 nights while the hotel room was nice we did find a bug in the bathroom. Brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and she didn't care.She said it was a outside bug,but we were on the 6th floor no windows open.Slots were horrible. Smoke horrible.We drove over to the Sands won slots there. We probabaly won't go back. Was great when they opened,but now it seems like they don't care. I should have listened to all the others reviews.

Before you even step foot in the casino you are greeted with a deep stench of cigarette smoke. Plenty of security who seem to be on the lookout for causing problems rather than preventing it.... Slot payouts are unbelievably awful. The poker room is small but plenty of
awful players who have no idea what they are doing. The cocktail lady's come around once in a blue moon with their watered down drinks. You'd think it couldn't get any worse but the dealers are some of the most incompetent people I've ever come across in my life. I truly don't know if it's even legal to have dealers who don't know the rules to poker. They probably deal an average of 10 hands per
hour. I was falling asleep and could not enjoy myself in such a slow paced game. Make the drive to AC or Sands. Take my advice.... you will not have a good
experience I promise you... God Bless my soul

VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE! ! I'VE SPENT LOTS OF MONEYANDTIME HERE, BUT ONCE I NEED ASSISTANCE I'M DOWN GRADED ANDTREATED POORLY HERE'S MY EXPERIENCE WE HAD A VOUCHER PRACTICALLY ROBBED FROM MYSELF SND MY HUSBAND. WE APPROACH SECURITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND ASK FOR THERE HELP AND VIDEO SO I CAN REPORT TO THE POLICE.I FIGURED WITH THE CAMERAS AND SECURITY THEY COULD HELP, BUT ONLY THING THEY DID WAS CALLED US LIARS NEVER CHECKING FOR THE MAN THAT STOLE FROM US BUT LOOKING DOWN ON US AND SAID YOU NEVER HAD ANYTHING STOLEN SO WE STOOD UP FOR OURSELVES THAT'S WHEN  LIKE 10 PUNK ASS RENT A COP ESCORTED US OUT THE ONE NOT LETTING ME IN MY CAR  FOLLOWING ME REPEATING "YOUR DRUNK"I KEPT SAYING "NO WHY ARE U TREATING  ME LIKE "I'M UPSET I GOT MONEY STOLEN DUDE..HE WAS TRYING TO HOLD ME THERE BECAUSE HE  CALLED THE COPS AND LIED NEVER TOLD THE STORY THEY SAID WE WERE TRESPASSING..LMAO..WE WERE THERE LIKE 3 HRS BEFORE THE STATE POLICE COME AND ARE VERY DELIGHTFUL AND KIND TO MY HUSBAND AND I AND TELL US "OH YOU GOT ROBBED"WE GOT A CALL U GUYS WERE TRESPASSING!! ONE THING THAT MADE US LOOK BETTER THAN THEM SCUM!!!! THEN THE SECURITY IDK I GUESS THE HEAD. .LOL....PROCEEDS TO TELL THE POLICE I'M SHOWING SIGNS OF BEING INTOXICATED AND I SHOULDN'T DRIVE ..HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET INTOXICATED OVER ONE LIL 2 OZ GLASS OF WATERED DOWN MALIBU. . SO JUST TO PROVE THEM WRONG I TOOK THE TEST AND GUESS WHAT. .I BLEW A BIG 0..ANOTHER PART THAT MADE US LOOK BETTER. .SO JUST KNOW THEY DON'T HAVE YOUR SIDE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!
