2. The dealers,security and wait staff are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DO NOT ATTEMPT PROMOTE A PLEASANT atmosphere!! AT ALL!!

My wife and I have been going to Mount Airy since it opened several years ago. At first, winning some money was a fairly routine event. My wife hit a thousand dollars on the slots a couple times and it was fun to play, even if we ended up losing some money. These days it is nothing short of blatant highway robbery. I like to play certain machines which sometimes award free games and in the past it wasn't uncommon to win $50 - $100 or more during these free games. Recently I won 50 free games at 3 X the normal payout and won less than $30. This is the new norm at Mount Airy. Tonight I had 15 free games and won $3.60 even though I bet the maximum amount allowed.
Mount Airy Casino is the WORST CASINO I ever been to !!! Mount Airy must be going broke, the grounds are pitiful, the buffet food is bad and they have no money for fireworks, or anything good. They give you bus comps and the dealers take them and RIP THEM UP saying they are no good. This place takes away your JOY, which is the reason anyone goes there. If you want to have a great time, DON'T COME TO MOUNT AIRY CASINO!
