This place needs help with how to keep members happy. My sister and I are elite members, but it has been totally not worth it. We have started going to other casinos. The bonus pay they send have been ridiculous low with all the money we spent. We never win in their promotions they have. We have gotten better service in Las Vegas casinos then this place! The hotel is mediocre and has nothing on the Vegas style hotels. The place smells of smoke that hurts your throat, and the non smoking room doesn't have all the games to play. The buffet taste like garbage, and the other restaurants taste mediocre. Only was going here because casino was close, but rather travel farther to a casino that offer better promotions and pay out. Winstar has been really stingy with bonus play and payouts. Just ask other elite members where their going. I'm sure they will tell you they are traveling to other casinos too. Winstar you need to do better! Your losing money being tight!

Slots are the worst, the beverage stations are always dirty.do not eat, and I Repeat Do not eat at THE BUFFET IT SUCKS! You can’t find a waitress anywhere! DI NOG GET A PLAYERS CARD, the comps suck!!! ITS OVER RATED!!!!!!

The hotel is awesome. There’s always some reason why you can’t redeem your special offers for meals or gifts. And 6th trip to casino leaving without a nickel. Tightest machines any casino ever. Resort is great, casino-try Choctaw.

I love going to Winstar. I don't go as much as I use to. I see some of these reviews and see people complaining that they don't win. Yes I do get upset as well when I don't win but casino is going to always have the upper hand. If you play penny slots, you may only win $20 or $30 on a bonus. If you play penny slots and are only betting 60cents, thinking you are going to hit for hundreds of dollars is unrealistic. I play $5- $25 bets. I have also won 7 jackpots in 1 day. Yes that does not always happen, but the higher the amount you play, the more chance of winning some real money will happen. 

Over the years, it's now gotten impossible to play any slot machines at Winstar without feeling cheated and insulted. If you enjoy betting the max, getting the bonus for 36 free spins and winning $1.50, Winstar is the place for you. If you want to gamble at a Casino where $50 is a HUGE payout in a 4 hour period, you will really like Winstar Casino. It's not bad enough to just donate all your money, they want to make feel like they are laughing at you while you are losing. Why else would you hit 17 bonus plays on several different slot machines in a 3 hour time period and the biggest payout was $28.00. All but 3 of the 17 bonus plays paid out less than $10 and 7 of the bonus payouts paid less than $5. If you enjoy watching people get excited about hitting a slot bonus and then watch as the anger and frustration build as the machine goes thru the bonus progression and winning add to less than $10 for a $3 bet. I've seen an entire row of people playing Spin It Grand where every person hit the bonus at least 1 time in a 45 minute period, betting between 50 cents and $5, and not 1 person won more than $30. I have never seen or heard so many angry people leave those machines and swear they would never return.

Great Casino 

I have been going to WinStar since. The place was a tent.. every single night you can sit there and play our machine and you would win a jackpot eventually you would have so much fun but now WinStar World Casino and its tribe have become greedy they have gotten very skilled at cheating the customers especially in slots everything is supposed to be done in a bingo pattern but if I were to go video tape what I see today I could tell you I can put at least $100 in a machine and not even get anything out of it not even so much as a cherry that goes in a shutdown mode it will show you the bingo patterns but will give you nothing for either one of them how could they say that they have to do a bingo pattern and that it pays on this certain Bingo pattern but when you see the Bingo pattern it doesn't pay. That is because they have gotten so skilled at cheating the consumer I have thought about this hard and long I've decided to do a class action lawsuit against WinStar on fraudulence

I go to WinStar normally once a month, and i'm not saying that I don't get upset when I don't win, but when I go, I go just to have a little fun and get away from it all, It's called gambling you guy's, you win some you lose some, If i'm the one at the right place at the right time to win a lot money I will be a very happy person, so don't go thinking your going to get rich, just go to have a good time. I have been to Winstar a few times with no luck and figured I would check out the review comments. My birthday is coming up next week and my husband and I had planned on going to Winstar and spending the night so we could play. After what I have been reading on the reviews I think I will save my money!
