This place needs help with how to keep members happy. My sister and I are elite members, but it has been totally not worth it. We have started going to other casinos. The bonus pay they send have been ridiculous low with all the money we spent. We never win in their promotions they have. We have gotten better service in Las Vegas casinos then this place! The hotel is mediocre and has nothing on the Vegas style hotels. The place smells of smoke that hurts your throat, and the non smoking room doesn't have all the games to play. The buffet taste like garbage, and the other restaurants taste mediocre. Only was going here because casino was close, but rather travel farther to a casino that offer better promotions and pay out. Winstar has been really stingy with bonus play and payouts. Just ask other elite members where their going. I'm sure they will tell you they are traveling to other casinos too. Winstar you need to do better! Your losing money being tight!

Slots are the worst, the beverage stations are always dirty.do not eat, and I Repeat Do not eat at THE BUFFET IT SUCKS! You can’t find a waitress anywhere! DI NOG GET A PLAYERS CARD, the comps suck!!! ITS OVER RATED!!!!!!

The hotel is awesome. There’s always some reason why you can’t redeem your special offers for meals or gifts. And 6th trip to casino leaving without a nickel. Tightest machines any casino ever. Resort is great, casino-try Choctaw.

I love going to Winstar. I don't go as much as I use to. I see some of these reviews and see people complaining that they don't win. Yes I do get upset as well when I don't win but casino is going to always have the upper hand. If you play penny slots, you may only win $20 or $30 on a bonus. If you play penny slots and are only betting 60cents, thinking you are going to hit for hundreds of dollars is unrealistic. I play $5- $25 bets. I have also won 7 jackpots in 1 day. Yes that does not always happen, but the higher the amount you play, the more chance of winning some real money will happen.
