From all the comments I have seen y’all are right. They steal and it’s all a scam. Everyone who works for the casino, have some way to make the machines hit or not. I know several people who work there and used to work there and they all told me. Next time you go, pay attention to your surroundings and watch people. People who are in just regular clothes get there cell phone out and sits or walks by a machine and you will notice the machine do abnormal glitch. I even had one worker tell another worker when I was playing on one that I had a different pay table then everyone else. The tribe has pulled in over 2billion dollars and yet the comps are ridiculous. There is a lot of inside help and when you bring it to there attention they act like nothing is wrong. File a better business bureau compliant and file a compliant with the gaming. You also can request a form when you do think the machines are hitting. It’s almost like a refund. I get and understand it’s gambling but when you don’t even have a chance at all and they are literally robbing people blind, something has to be done. I think class action lawsuit sounds good too me. I found a lot of the things they offer is a lie as well. Complimentary show tickets should be free but they take it off your reward points. I was told i needed to play another 45 mins to get a free meal which i been playing already. I would like to hear more complaints and who feels like something should be done, feel free to email me
