My SIL was staying for four nights this week and her credit card information was stolen when she ordered room service. The hotel did help her with canceling her credit card, but nothing else. It was very obvious it was an inside job, but the next day they told her their computers were hacked. I am just floored. Rather than let her think an employee stole her credit card info, they would rather we think their systems are unsecured. Seriously, who would believe that? And if a hacker could get into their system, I doubt they would be trying to steal room service information. Unbelievable!
