Ridiculous Slot play. What a shame ! 

We place a ticket for $102 into a machine that did not show the credit, Service called, we are cross examined and treated like dirt, remember now I have a family of 4 three are VIP's who have spent thousands over the last few years at river Spirit. When we were accused of lying about putting the ticket in the machine, we asked to have security view the surveillance video (which they have at every machine)we were suddenly told we would be escorted out of the casino. Told by a large female security guard "Don't Come Back" I will never spend another cent at River Spirit, that will tally to thousands of VIP dollars for not only 4 family members, but, several friends who are high stakes players. River Spirit Casino has not earned our loyalty any longer. They need to train their customer service and security personnel to treat customers with respect. If you read other reviews you will see only negative. I will take my business to another casino, and tell everyone I encounter how bad a failing enterprise River Spirit really is.........seriously disappointed. 

Stay away unless you have money to burn tight no pay out machines house players no wonder creek casinos are 82 million in the red if you like to donate your money put up with rude employees the smell loud crack heads this is your kind of place.dont believe me set put front see how fast people come and go with a sad face or how many are smilin take my advice buy scracth off tickets find a new hobby or help them get that 82 milliom dollar debt paid off drop me a email with ypur thoughts

I have gambled at this casino for many years one thing I have noticed all the giveaways are rigged, really the Audi give away in July two female regulars who are in high stakes all the time won them, not to mention a male high stakes player won as well. The same people that hit the jackpots all the time are the ones that win the giveaways. The Pontoon giveaway I guarantee the same people that won the Audi's will win the pontoon's. I spend just as much as these people and I have NEVER won a giveaway. I am invited to a giveaway this Friday and I guarantee I will not win, I am going to just to see which high roller wins. It sad the casino basis these giveaways on how much money is spent on a players card really not everyone wants to use their card all the time, sometimes you don't win when you use the card. It has been this way for years. A good casino that does not base wins or giveaways on players club cards in Osage Sand Spring. Let me clue you in the high rollers that always win have a VIP players card so if you are not VIP you will not win. Save your money go elsewhere.

do not go there  my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars there. they won't pay anything being a vip means nothing anymore! they used to give you a $100 a week free play (that you won nothing on). they cut the buffet down so much it's not funny. and now they sent me a book with $5 free play. what a slap in the face.
