do not go there my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars there. they won't pay anything being a vip means nothing anymore! they used to give you a $100 a week free play (that you won nothing on). they cut the buffet down so much it's not funny. and now they sent me a book with $5 free play. what a slap in the face. I been going to Hard Rock for two months and already been in several drawings for $20000 and a corvette on the same night. f**k you riverside
I visited riverspirit for the first time on memorial weekend and had a great time. My wife and I both won on slots. I personally hit a few times for a couple of hundred and once for 600 plus. we both had fun and won and will definitely be coming back.
I played on a machine and cashed out at $70.57. I had a handful of other vouchers and kept playing at different machines. I tried to cash in the $70 voucher and it wouldn't read correctly on the cashiers scanner. After getting the run around for about 20 min I was told to call back later and they would try and find the faulty machine?? What a joke. I am a high point Infinity Level player and I just laid my card down, and the voucher, and stated I would NOT return to play ever until I got a call from THEM apologizing for my inconvenience and get my $70.57 That little bad business policy on their part will probably cost them several thousand dollars in play I WILL not come in for. I was NOT treated well and this was not handled correctly by River Spirit.
