Went to this casino and experienced a lack of customer service, rudeness from staff and malfunctioning machines. I waited for 45 min to get my cashout ticket retrieved from a machine it was stuck in, it took 3 rude employees to fix the machine. Management should be ashamed of the level of incompetence.
