I believe that they have a glitch in their computer system and have had for several months. The quarter machines seem to be affected by the glitch because they don't react like they used to react. I have tried machine after machine and all of them seem to be broken or have something wrong with them. If they have a red free spin the payout is almost nothing even if they red free spin several times in a row the payouts are weak. The management in this casino needs to repair their quarter machines or just shut them down. People are playing these broken machines and wasting their hard earned money. with no chance of winning anything. I watch the one dollar machines and the five dollar machines and they don't seem to have this glitch but I can't afford to play those machines.

Over the last year their payouts on their VGT Slot Machines have become pathetic. They have taken the fun out of playing. The Chickasaw Tribe recently changed their website so people can't contact them now. Probably because of the complaints about their low payouts. That means that they are going to continue with the low payout percentages and not listen to their players concerns. That is a very arrogant way to run a business. Evidently they are making enough profit from the senior citizens that are left to play their machines. The best bet is to stay completely away from The Chickasaw Casinos and people need to war our senior citizens about these low payouts and the arrogance of The Chickasaw Tribe. They are now too good to answer questions about their underhanded practices.

I am not sure why the State of Oklahoma allows these people to regulate themselves when the citizens of this state are the people playing in this casino. I quit playing in this casino because I finally decided that they were cheating with their payout programming. The High Roller machines seem to be set at a fair payout percentage but their quarter machines have to be set below 50% payout and nobody can prove it because the good old State of Oklahoma left out the payout percentages when they passed the legislation to allow the tribes to open casinos so these tribes don't have to even tell what the payout percentages are in their casinos. That makes it a scam in my opinion and it is a scam that needs to be stopped. I have been emailing and writing and calling representatives at the Capital and in Washington. We have to start regulating these casinos or close them down for the sake of our citizens. Especially our senior citizens that are frequently playing in all of the tribe casinos. Our senior citizens don't get on the computer to read the reviews so they don't have a clue that the payout percentages are set for them to lose. It is a crime to steal from the good citizens of Oklahoma.

This casino takes money from the quarter slot players to pay the dollar and five dollar slot players. In the past their quarter machines were fair but not anymore.
