Low payouts (which the Indians won't even tell you what it is), customer service is terrible, rude and could care less if you have a problem. Had a machine malfunction and the manager just blamed the machine mfg and threw his hands in the air. It wasn't the just the money, it was the complete lack of customer service that upset me. I know they don't care but I WON'T BE BACK TO NEWCASTLE OR ANY OTHER THE TRIBE OWNS!!
