well u lost a customer today and giving u a very bad review!!!! last time I was in your casino you questioned my SERVICE DOG, I even told them I would show medical papers and her Ada animal tag registration. today I went took my service dog to PEEE before entering, SHE DID NOT POOP, she peed! so I go, hit the machine button 1 time and a security guy came up said my dog left a present and some lady seen it, I knew then that lady was lying cause all my dog did was pee, so I was going to go out and pick it up which i couldn't wait cause I knew my dog didn't poop and I took her to pee on side grass, and supposedly the girl (customer) picked it up, well of course she did cause there was no evidence that my dog pooped, so I told them who ever said my dog pooped was lying and went to a machine to play I wasn't there 2 min and security comes up said we looked at video and she did poop, they didn't have time to look at video that's how fast it was when they came up told me I had to leave. so again your people lied on my dog all false allegations because I know for fact my dog didn't poop she peed!!!!!!! so either that girl didn't like animals or you people just don't like dogs in your casino. either way a LIE is a LIE and I will not be back EVER and I am telling people how you treat your customers and that you are not SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY. WORST CASINO EVER and letting people know.
