My wife was informed we had been demoted and are no longer eligible for free rooms, 10% off meals etc. Now you have to earn 2500 points in play every six months or you will be demoted. Doing the math on what we have spent on the floor in six months it comes down to a dollar a point or a minimum of $2000 in six months. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years and are disappointed with this adversarial change in Downstreams "marketing". We have a new rule now, No gambling money will be spent at Downstream until we get our eligibility back (we even cancelled our pending free room). If our money isn't good enough for Downstream then we will take it elsewhere. Downstream seems to be a more and more apt name.
They wont pay out anything to the penny nickle dime players. when you do get bonus spins, which is rare, you dont win anything. stay from this place. also when they announce jackpot winners it sounds good but how much of that did they spend to win?
Don't go to this casino.....It's a huge rip-off. Played some table games and the house never loses. If you get a good hand they have a better hand every time.

I am extremly disappointed in the customer service with this casino. You can easily spend $100 bucks before you get a drink,and that's if you're lucky. Ive been there several times and NEVER even have gotten a drink before I leave,or I have to leave my machine and go to the bar and get my own. The prices for their buffet and food are ridiculous,nothing like Vegas at all.If your machine messes up,you could wait for HOURS to get your ticket out of the machine and they act like they are having to go out of their way to help you. People are very rude. The first week they opened the casino host walked by me and asked me "not to push the button like that" seriously lady? Its MY MONEY,Ill push the button as fast as I want. Although it is the closest casino from where I live,I will gladly drive another 30-45 minutes to a different casino. We come there to win from time to time,I don't like being a loser every time I visit a casino.In my opinion,I will never go back to this casino due to the TIGHT TIGHT machines and customer service,and if you like itchy cheap sheets,then stay in the hotel. Food is way over priced. Slots do not pay out at all. Was there recently and my girlfriend hit 2 bonus spins and won nothing on both bonus spins. She was betting 1.50 a spin. I think it is complete bull when bonus spins are hard as hell to hit and then when you hit them you win nothing. Dont plan on going back anytime soon.
