The casino and hotel is very nice. The dealers are much friendlier than a lot of casinos, and I enjoy playing there. The price for food is high, but is really good.
There is only one thing I really hate about the place. They have about ten sets of speed bumps that you must drive over to get to the casino. Why would anyone build a big casino like that then put in speed bumps to discourage people from visiting? None of the other casinos in the area have speed bumps, I will go there.
Had the pleasure of going to this Casino twice. Its set in a big square with the gambling in the middle with the restaurants on the outside.
They haven't worked the kinks out of the buffet yet, twice we were there on the Friday nights Seafood buffet, second time they couldn't keep the craplegs cooked fast enough.
The slots are loose and your money lasts a while. We stayed on the upper floors with a comped room and they are nice. They have marbled bathrooms with glass doors to the showers and huge HDTV's in rooms..Got access to the vip room on the 7th floor and it was okay just a small bar with a lounge...We'll go back the wife hit for 1500 the time before on the quick hits...
The hotel is wonderful, the food gets worse every time I come...thank goodness for the deli. They have eliminated non smoking all together...last week they even had their little room closed off which by the way has lousy machines to begin with...I was there o we one hour before I was served a drink and only got one...I waited over 30 minutes to be paid off for a jackpot...could not even find anyone to ask about it...the one person I saw did tell me it was not her job...can not wait for Pittsburgh to open...you guys do not care for the WA to of your customers...at least put in some drink stations....
My favorite place to gamble. Rooms are very nice even though I'm not in it very much. Have my favorite slots and see more people win including me. staff is friendly. Only thing, the food is not the best. Can use your points to buy gas, food even in gift shop.
