My wife was informed we had been demoted and are no longer eligible for free rooms, 10% off meals etc. Now you have to earn 2500 points in play every six months or you will be demoted. Doing the math on what we have spent on the floor in six months it comes down to a dollar a point or a minimum of $2000 in six months. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years and are disappointed with this adversarial change in Downstreams "marketing". We have a new rule now, No gambling money will be spent at Downstream until we get our eligibility back (we even cancelled our pending free room). If our money isn't good enough for Downstream then we will take it elsewhere. Downstream seems to be a more and more apt name.
