This is the worst casino in Oklahoma for player rewards or promotions. They also cancel your free play you've earned if any piece of your mail comes back. I live in Duncan and I go out of town to play. don't go here at all go to Kiowa or Lawton anywhere else.

I think the Casio could pay more it is not fun anymore, you just don't win on the slots .when they have hotseat drawings or other drawings it is always the same old thing same people win week after week that cosino sucks and should be shut down. The staff are rude and you can never find them.It is pretty bad when people that are from out of state or out of town come here and play there money and don't want to come back to our casino they rather go elsewhere.

My husband and I dropped by late Friday afternoon. The outside facade is charming and inside is clean, well lit, and inviting for the most part. The food is outstanding - I recommend the chili cheese fries for sure! Now for the bad part: The staff! We have been in many many of the Chickasaw casinos from NewCastle to Thackerville and they all have pretty nice staff, eager to help (although there are some at Riverwind who try to avoid you) But at Chisolm Trail, not only do ALL the staff try to avoid you, if you "get in their way" when they are walking or trying to get something to drink - they glare at you and practically shove you out of the way. My husband needed 2 different payouts while we were there. It's a fairly small casino and the bell was ringing like crazy and the light on top going off. When I finally walked around to the cashier's cage, on the outside was a big guy with a turquoise shirt on literally laying on the counter while four women in the cage were sitting or standing talking to him. when I told them someone had a jackpot they all turned and looked me like and "big guy" actually rolled his eyes and turned his head the other way. Finally a woman came out - she was nice enough but disappeared for nearly 30 minutes. That's a long time. At some point I went back to the cage and "big guy" had what appeared to be the new shift inside the cage going over a new change machine or something. The woman finally appeared again with the money. At that point I went into a beverage station where a blonde older woman in a maroon vest stepped in front of me to get herself something to drink. She kept standing there getting every single ounce of soda she could into her cup. I reached in to get some ice and ONE PIECE hit the edge of my cup hitting the floor - she turned, gave me a dirty look and stalked off. Another man in the station said, "they are always like this". The Chickasaw nation and WHOEVER the manager of the casino was on 6/12/13 should schedule some serious customer service in-service training. we left and took our money - all of it - home. You could have gotten about 1/3 of it back but you were just too rude!

Just sit at several of these drawings and you'll notice they call the same people over and over again. This happens each time they have promotion drawings. I don't know how many times Mary B., Shirley K., Judy H. and Diana H. have won. I'm beginning to think they are on a payroll somewhere. Could be someone's best ole buddies too? True story, how do I report this? thanks

This casino is terrible. I never win here! They have TERRIBLE comps if you would even say they have any. They send you entries into their drawings! No free play! Terrible Terrible Terrible! they have a Billy Simms BBQ and that's the only reason to stop at this place!

Chisholm Trail is not the best casino around. When they have contests and giveaways, they seem to completely shut down all the machines and absolutely no one wins!!!! Wish I was a traveler because I would definitly go somewhere else!!!
