I have played at almost all Oklahoma casinos over the decades and this place is most definitely a rendezvous and den for THUGS enabled by the casino security officers, who are all personal friends of these low life scum. Mainly, these criminal elements are all from the metro areas of Dallas/Ft.Worth. Loose women hit this place by the pack looking to fleece the vulnerable each night, ie, older, alone men, and truckers. These lounge lizards attempt to subtlety sell you information about a certain slot they have been birddogging during the evening as to how much money has been played in that specific slot, thereby, inticing you play it giving them a donation of any winnings. And, there’s the Mexican illegals with an entourage of all their family who constantly target anyone with a ringing slot and suddenly become like flies at a picnic gathering, pandering/demanding money or just being hanging over and around you being a nuisance to drive you off the machine. In summation, you will not win at this place unless you are one of the locals with inside information. So, late at night when you are always losing large sums of monies at WinStar casino, this place becomes like a lure to finish you off financially as you attempt to head home. Go and see for yourself. Best to visit this Slot Hell in a group though, so as to watch your back. You may be playing a slot as one slimy thieve will distract you causing you to look away while another will hit your ‘cash out’ button stealing your redemption/win ticket and be gone in an instant. Been there, witnessed that activity. Nothing is done to them when YOU catch them in the act. They are simply escorted by security personnel to the door and told to come back next week. Stay alert my friends. The hounds of hell, the north Texas Thugs, are out there in those Oklahoma casinos but especially at this place.

I’m not sure what casino you think you’re commenting on, but none of what you’ve said is accurate to Border Casino in Thackerville, OK. Let me address some of your complaints. First, your comment about loose woman trying to con the vulnerable. There have been pros from time to time go to Thackerville trying to get picked up by rich men. But not at Border. They go after the high rollers and the high rollers do not frequent Border. They go to Winstar where they can drop large sums of money. To high rollers or “whale”, Border Casino is child’s play to them because they don’t have machines or table games where they can drop hundreds of thousands and win hundreds of thousands. Therefore, pros chase rich men at Winstar. And when pros are identified, they are immediately escorted out of the building and banned. Winstar wants their “Whales” happy so they don’t allow them to be harassed by pros. Second, unless you are asking the groups of Mexicans for proof of citizenship, you have no idea if they are illegals. Yes, there are Mexican families that come in groups to play. But if you have ever been a part of or know any Mexican families, you’d know that most do all things as a family. Birthday parties, baby showers, vacations, gambling, etc. That doesn’t mean they’re illegal or there to swarm people who are winning. In fact, when they are grouped behind someone playing, it’s their family member playing the slot and they are there cheering them on and celebrating with them. So, that whole comment was derogatory and demeaning and not necessary at all. People from all demographics go to casinos trying to get winners to share their winnings or to con people. But all it takes is one report or surveillance to spot them and they are immediately removed from the building and more times than not they are removed by law enforcement. Not just security. Third, your comment about one thieve distracting you while the other hits your cash out button and takes off with your ticket is just ridiculous. If you allow someone to distract you enough that someone else can cash out your machine and take off with your ticket, then you are clearly oblivious or don’t really care about your money in the machine. Because every game makes a noise when it’s cashing out. A very distinct noise that only means cashing out. And a lot of the machines ask “are you sure” when the cash out button is pressed. Requiring you to press a second button confirming you want to cash out. And if you are sitting or standing at a machine, even if you turn your head away, you would be able to not only hear the noise of the cash out, but feel someone that close to you cashing out your machine. On top of all that, there are tons of cameras in all casinos. So if someone in fact did that, there would be evidence on the camera. Allowing surveillance and security the ability to see who took it and catch them. And if someone indeed did cash out a ticket and ran off, the ticket would be useless until it was either cashed out at the ATM machine or with a cashier. Giving security time to catch them and alert authorities. Also, surveillance would be able to see the exact time the ticket was printed. Which would allow for a report to generate from that particular machine showing the ticket amount and ticket identification number of the stolen ticket. So, if the ticket was cashed at an ATM machine on a later date, they could again use surveillance footage to identify the individual cashing it. There are so many cameras at casinos they could literally track the individual all the way out to the vehicle they get in and get the make, model and license plate number off the vehicle. Allowing law enforcement to find them and prosecute them. If in fact by some magical means they were able to do like you say and cash someone’s machine out and take off before being caught up with. And it seems you don’t know this but stealing someone’s money in a casino, even if it’s a ticket for less than a dollar, is a major offense that is attached to jail time and being banned for life from the casino and blacklisted with other casinos. Lastly, your comment about not being able to win unless you’re local with insider information is also without facts. The machines at Border Casino, much like other casinos, are either random number generated machines or bingo based machines. Which means there is no insider information to obtain. No one knows when the machines will win or lose. It’s all based off of chance and timing of your chance. When the random number generator supplies the winning number or the bingo based games supply the bingo balls that match a winning pattern on the random bingo card, that’s when someone wins. And there’s no way to know when that is going to happen. The random number generator is set based on the payback percentage. And there’s no way to know when that percentage will be met and how much of that percentage will be paid out at a time. Hence the term “random number generator”. There’s no way anyone that works at the casino can see or tell when it will hit. And casinos are required to prove that their payback percentage is being met. So you can’t say the casino isn’t honoring the payback percentage. Because they have to prove with past records that they are meeting the requirements. Since again, there’s no way to know when the random number generator will generate a winning number in the future. Also, the machines are not set by the casino employees. The companies that make the machines send vendors to install the machines in the casinos, at which point the payback percentage has been set and cannot be altered. Even if it could, there’s still no way to know when it would hit. That’s why there’s random number generator games and random bingo based games. To prevent rigging of the games. So your accusation that the only winners are locals with insider information is entirely baseless. It’s obvious that you’ve lost quite a bit of money gambling and you’re grasping at straws trying to justify your losses by placing the blame on the establishment and others who have played and possibly won there. You’ve also referred to others at Border Casino as thugs and criminal elements from Dallas/Ft.Worth metro. You’ve even said Texas thugs and said that the security officers are personal friends of the “low life scums”. Like I said about your comment of the Mexican illegals, how do you know that the people you are referring to are from Dallas/Fort Worth metro or even from Texas for that matter? Sure there are plenty of people that come from Texas to play at Border Casino and Winstar. And I’m sure there are plenty of Texas plates on cars in the parking lot. But how do you know the individuals you see inside belong to those Texas cars or are from Texas? And if they have a Texas license or Texas plates doesn’t mean they’re from Dallas/Fort Worth. Texas is a huge state and people travels from all over the state to go to Winstar. And Border Casino is right there so people stop there too. And people fly into DFW and rent cars that can have Texas plates. So your entire complaint is baseless, full of assumptions and derogatory comments and false accusations. Most of the time when people make a complaint that is full of derogatory comments, generalized accusations without pinpointing a specific person or situation and accusations that can be discounted quickly by common knowledge, they’re basically throwing a tantrum because they didn’t get their way. Also, a lot of people makes false accusations of theft, con artists, panhandling, harassment, criminal employees or machine malfunctions in order to try and trick the casino and their employees into giving them money because they lost more money than they could afford or want to continue to gamble but they’re broke. Casinos know how to spot those kinds of people and they train their employees to spot them too. They also have policies and procedures in place to protect themselves from those people. That’s why they have so many cameras and reports and unique ticket numbers for every ticket printed. Because this is just another way people try to cheat the casinos. The information I’ve provided here to discredit your complaints are easily accessible on the internet for slot games in Oklahoma, security and surveillance in casinos, and legal actions against theft in casinos. As well as common sense that you can’t possibly know whether an individual is from Texas or from Dallas/Fort Worth just by looking at them. And it is most definitely common sense that you can’t know whether someone is illegal just because they’re Mexican. As for discrediting your complaint about loose women going in packs to Border to prey on the vulnerable, that’s also common knowledge for anyone who has frequented Winstar or Border Casino. Or knows anyone that works there or used to work there. They most definitely don’t wander around in a pack because that would be a dead giveaway and they don’t chase the ones at Border. They want the insanely rich and those individuals only frequent Winstar. Security at both establishments aren’t perfect but they definitely try to protect their patrons and co workers as much as possible. And anyone that knows anything about Lighthorse knows they don’t play and they are constantly checking in on Border and Winstar. And they quickly respond and take care of thieves and what you refer to as “thugs”. You said you’ve played at almost all the casinos in Oklahoma. That’s a lot of casinos which equals a lot of gambling. If you have gambled beyond your means, perhaps it’s time to call the number the casinos provide for gambling problems. However, I am not making that assumption or accusation. I’m just simply saying to anyone reading my comment to your review; before making false accusations, derogatory or discriminatory comments, if you’ve found yourself mad at a casino for losing more money than you can afford and you’re trying to figure out a way to get your money back; it’s probably time to reach out to the gambling hotline. They can assist you in refraining from gambling and getting your life and finances back to normal. Every casino has the hotline number and it’s also available online. Just search ‘help with gambling problem’ in any search bar.
