No Monopoly Slots!

Don't waste your time and money. I've visited this place 5x and never won more than $10 measly dollars on any of the slots. The casino in Northfield is no better. You leave feeling like the owner's are extremely cheap and closed fisted, compared to the casinos in Columbus and Toledo. I'm never going to Jack Casino again. This place is simply awful.

What a joke that place is I have been a hi level k member for a few years. The comps are terrible. The host only calls you when they want you down for something. I earned alot of teir January and February. But free play keeps going down. They takeaway about all our old offers. It was much better when it was the horshoe. I'm am done with that place along with many of my other k member friends.

Can't get on craps because they are short handed employees tell me it's because Jack Cleveland only will hire them part time to save money. Also your slots are a joke if you really want to lose fast just go in hi limit room that will drain your wallet fast. Haven't heard from host in a month. And I have more teir then ever before but my free play keeps going down. You can have it 

I have gone to this casino about 15 times over the past two years and have failed to win money even a single time. I used to play blackjack at casinos across the country and have never seen odds at the tables as low as Jack Casino offers. I have won thousands at other casinos but not a single penny here. I will not return, and they should be investigated for offering odds Lower than state laws require. Plus, $10 and $15 minimum tables are too high. Vegas, Tulsa, Atlantic City, Indy, KC, and many other places all have $5 mins and some with $1 mins. This is insane. Their drink service is non existent and buffet is gross meaning in taste of food and cleanliness. Parking is super expensive, and the rewards program is that in name only. I’m just going to save money and fly to Vegas once a year or drive to the Hollywood Casino. I’m up over $3K there because the odds are fair. Sad that I can’t stay in Cleveland and have a fair shot. I don’t expect to win all the time, but statistically I cannot lose all the time either. Bye forever Jack!

At 830AM, I couldn't get a cup of coffee or anything to drink anywhere in the casino. I placed an order on my machine and waited 30 minutes for a coffee that never arrived. The "Library" club, the bar, and the buffet were all closed so I couldn't get anything to drink there. There was also no host or hostess on duty to assist me until 10AM. So much for a 24 hour operation! Also, the inbound and outbound gates for parking lot were both up on my way in and out. There was no attendant to be seen. This was unusual as there has always been an attendant and the gates are never open like that. I did not like it and it made me feel less secure as they (Jack) were not controlling the ingress and egress of the parking lot. If I ever see the gates up and no attendant, I have decided I will drive right by and not go to the casino.

Got kicked out of two sections, because "maintenance" had to be done right that second..meaning switching machines around to lose even more. Second time Big nasty security guard came over and threatened us to get off the machine. We were in the middle of free spins.. Told him that. Stood there with his arms folded acting like we were lying. Customer Service wasn't open, machine to print new cards was broke down, the cashing machines were down. Staff walking around doing nothing to control unruly guests. One lady was screaming I mean screaming you had to hear her on the other side of the room. And hitting the machine. Not worth the trip. Hard Rock MUCH better. 

It is a good time out, if you're already miserable then it will be a bad time. I had a good time with my frirnds on many occasions and I am not rich but I am well off for my life style. ..so if you're like me and want to just get out and have a good time in a aesthetically nice environment then come here (I used yo be a pro gambler) and I can say the games aren't the worse in the U.S.A. so, I give it a 90% on my scale and if they improved the food and the dealers customer service then the Jack Casino would be 100% in my book. A good time is ofyen what you make it....enjoy!
